'We stayed at Emily’s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. It’s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didn’t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality !'

'Even with a snow/ice storm, the beach doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and waves crashing. The condo was warm and cozy and I was very happy to be able to watch the Bruins on tv. Already planned my next visit!'

'While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. 'Wonderful location, steps from the beach. And what a beach it is! We were there off season, but it is close to everything you need. Had issue that TV didn't work due to corroded batteries, and wifi didn't work due network being unstable.'

'I rated this property a 4 and not lower because of its location. It is front-facing to the ocean, and that is always a gem in my book. Sleeping to the sound of the waves is amazing. 'Love it when there are no surprises. This property was just as listed. The pictures were accurate. The checkin and departure process was super easy. The location cannot be beat! Walk out to the beach and they have a station to clean your sand off before entering the building again. We visited with three teenagers and had plenty of room for five people. The property management company and the building staff were incredibly kind. We would return again!'

'Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer...

'This is a great spot for people who want to have all of the conveniences to help with young children, but access to one of Maine’s most beautiful beaches at their fingertips!
