Flats in Old Orchard Beach

'Great spot. Close to everything yet far enough away that you can relax at the house. Jason was a great host, and his fast responses were welcomed. The dog friendly location was perfect for us. Bedrooms were spacious enough and the 3 Bathrooms were exactly what the 5 of us needed. The house was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here or one of the other available properties that Jason has.'

'We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups,...

'The rental is very spacious and the price is reasonable. It’s clean and beautiful.'

'We had a great stay. Many things were walkable!K-cups were provided, but it would have been nice if there was at least some non-refrigerated creamer. Washer and dryer provided, but no laundry detergent.Host was helpful when the thermostat stopped working. Upstairs neighbors could be easily heard, but it didn't detract from the stay!'

'Excellent property in Portland. Clean with amenities needed for any stay. Easy access to downtown. Hosts communicate exceptionally well and property is everything it promotes!'

'Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return.'

'Great place and location…'

'Great space, clean and easy check in and out. Highly recommend!'

'Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. The area is full of fun activities to keep you entertained and a shopping area for food etc. close by.The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Photos are accurate. I would highly recommend and stay again next season!'
