'Everything was great about this hotel except for the parking tower. I would just say to prepare to wait to drop off you car and get your car when you park in the hotel parking tower'

'The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village.'

'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. 'Ik heb dit hotel ook in November geboekt. Echter hadden we nu de premium kamer. Wat een heerlijke kamer! We hebben er echt van genoten. Prachtig uitzicht. Het enige kleine minpuntje was het raam bij het bad. Het leek erop alsof deze lek was. De ramen zijn toevallig schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, maar deze bleef vies.'
