It was comfortable, and it accommodated my family and friends. Everyone had their own space. The view and the sound of the water made it so relaxing. Sunrise and sunset were amazing.

Great spot for family Reunion

We were able to all meet up at this location and enjoy time with family that we don’t always get to see. There were plenty of rooms available, the living area was great for our large group and there were plenty of bathrooms for people to feel they had privacy. Great food and beaches are all nearby.

Beautiful spot and property! We were there for our annual family reunion. There were some issues with the property during our weeklong stay, but the property management team was extremely responsive and resolved things as they came up very promptly. I’d stay again for sure!

Amazing ocean views

We saw dolphins every day! Sea lions too. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying time together. There was plenty of space to spread out.

Great Stay

The house easily accommodated the size of our group. It was comfortable with great views and a quiet neighborhood. While there isn't much sandy beach directly in front of the house, there is a lot of potential for surfing in front of the house. Sandy beaches are just a short drive away.

Great place for a large group

Our work team stayed here for our annual strategic planning meeting/retreat. It was perfect for us. 10 adults fit comfortably with our own rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The view as wonderful. The location was great. There was plenty of street parking. The place was clean. Property management was responsive and helpful.

Get Memories Made!

Fabulous mini vacation!!! 5 days + checkout day, 8 adults and 7 children, plenty of room for everyone! House was beautifully clean and welcoming when we arrived! Great restaurants in walking distance. Property manager was very quick with responses. Mildly disappointed in the amount of beach we could access, but we assumed it was the time of year, we made it work and played in the water every day. We would happily stay there again!!!

Don't stay here

Outside of the property was filthy. Dog feces (one spot), cigarette butts on the deck (not a lot but even one is puzzling), zero access to the beach without walking about a mile away or climbing down the huge rocks. to the positive, inside of house was nice, recently remodeled but the deck was just really old, couches were old and dirty. yes ocean front but just not in the way you think. beach us underwater 90% of the day. not at all what we thought it would be.

Great for our Group

We held a business training for our group of 9 and this house was perfect in that everyone had their own room. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were plenty, very nice and clean with nice towels. The main level kitchen/dining/living area is very big and allowed us to work on the two large dining tables during the day and serve everyone around the table for dinner each evening. The TV screen in the living area was great as we used it for zoom mtgs and presentations. The kitchen was good size and worked well as we ate every meal at the house daily. All of the appliances were very nice to use. Along with kitchen accessories. The upper patio deck was great. We opened the large doors and enjoyed the entire area. The middle level covered patio was also enjoyed. Good news: We had a small issue with a clogged sink and with a quick text to the property mgmt it was fixed immediately. Thank you for offering such a beautiful property and a great place for our event.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a hard time getting through the front gate because they didn’t list the code on the instructions. The office was closed when we arrived and it took one 30 min to get a hold of someone. My brother was stuck outside in the cold. Second complaint is the hot tub in the photos was not at the house. We had to call for them to bring us one but it arrived on our last day and we didn’t even get to use it because the water wouldn’t reach temp. The water got hot the next morning but that was the day we had to check out. The house is clean and in nice area. Just a couple things that made the stay unpleasant.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the beds at the price point of this rental + the timer on all light/fan switches in the house. On arrival - the AC went out as we were in a heatwave, we alerted team who came out very quickly only to have AC/HVAC scheduled for day 2. First night extremely HOT with requirement of every BR to re-install timer on ceiling fan (would only work 4hrs so had to get up in middle of night to restart in every BR). Additionally, we uncovered on day 2 that dishwasher had a leak and could not be used entire stay so we hand washed all dishes. To their credit, we did not alert BF team as we were busy with funeral and family obligations which is why we were there in first place. The house is no frills and not very comfortable furniture. We did love the deck with multiple outdoor couches and firepit - that area is highlight of house. Additionally, only 1 Beach towel/1 regular towel per person - not enough for any length of stay. Advise to bring or order extra towels unless you want to be doing laundry often. They did have 2 W/Ds in storage that was in good condition to support.

Picturesque and Spacious

I had a group of 10 pastors who I really wanted to get away, relax, and be comfortable. This was a perfect property: literally sits on the beach, everyone got their own room, lots of bathroom space, and indoor and outdoor meeting locations. Loved it!

This is not worth $2000 plus a night rate house. Rooms are very small. Do not recommend to anyone.

This is not definitely worth of $2000 plus for night rate. Rooms are very small. Beds are not comfortable. We ran out of hot water after taking four people took quick shower. Our hot tub never works. I would not recommend this to my friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of the ocean can't be beat. Great outdoor space, and the place accommodated our large family very well! It is nicely decorated, well stocked and set up well for large groups. It was very clean upon arrival. However, we paid a premium 5 star price for a property that needs some serious upkeep. Upon entry-after having no choice but to track in dirt/sand (as it was raining) into the newly cleaned property, we were greeted by a(10"x10"+)two sided slice in the upholstery of the sofa. Damage had previously been whip stitched to repair but had reopened and stuffing was spilling out. Sofa should have been replaced. NONE of the bathroom fans worked properly (most not at all). Many bedroom shades were damaged/did not operate properly. It rained several times during our stay, adequate carpets (to help keep rain/dirt/sand from being tracked in) are not supplied - we had to constantly sweep and towel up the mess at entry doors and deck accesses. The sand area of the property had trash and broken glass left by previous occupants. This is a very accommodating house, but it is not maintained to the standard expected for the price paid.

Did not disappoint!!!

Excellent home for family reunion. We had 13 stay at the home but had 10 more visit most of the stay! Views are beautiful! At low tide surfers and swimmers were able to climb the boulders and swim right in front of home. Plenty of street parking. A wonderful vacation for all!

My only complaint is that the air Conditioning Unit on the lowest level went out twice. We had someone come out and fix it the first time it went out. The second time we realized it was to late to get it fixed as our kids were going to bed.

Beautiful Beach House in Oceanside

The property was spotless clean, and very well located. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. Parking was easy - the garages are small but there was plenty of street parking right outside the front door. The only negative I can come up with is that there really is no beach access, and during high tide you can't even see sand. But all in all, it was a great time. Thank you.

The third bottom level was convenient for the kids to hang out. The shaded sun decks were a must. The beautiful doors opening out to the ocean was spectacular. The rental access with all the amenities were at your fingertips. And Nina, the housekeeper and gardner were extremly polite. Everything was spotless. The best vacation ever.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 5th time we stayed at a Beachfront only property in the past year, and I was unsatisfied with the rental. For 10 bedrooms, there was a very small fridge on the top floor and no other fridge. We needed to use coolers for our drinks throughout our trip. Also, the air conditioning on the first floor didn't work at night. Someone came out twice to fix and got it running for a moment, but it always went down. So the 3 bedrooms on the first floor was always hot at night. Lastly the laundry was a house away. For 13K for 4 days I would expect to be able have a set in the unit. We needed to leave the house onto the street to wash clothes with no laundry basket. There was a hookup on the first floor, but no units in the closet. Also, the couch arm was broken. We have another reservation for 825 for the last week in October, hoping to have something different. When I called management was very professional and was very helpful. We are hoping to come back to this property next year, hopefully the issues are fixed. I suggest putting in a drink area outside the bedroom on the first floor to include a mini drink fridge and possibly a coffee maker.
