'The staff was very accommodating when we checked to see if we could extend our stay. They had availability and made changes so we didn’t have to change rooms. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. While we didn’t use the kitchen area very much other than to make coffee it seemed sufficiently stocked.'

'We had a great stay at Beach-Bum West-O. The only “complaint” would be to have more adult breakfast cereal choices, also the room only had two small lights so it was a little dark. Other than that it was a great place to stay! We will be back!'

'We were forced to change our room because it was dirty. The bed sheets were awful, sounds like they didn't change them after the previous resident. The staff were nice and polite. The TV was almost useless. it was from an unknown brand and has nothing on it. We weren't able to connect to our account on platforms'
