Three Bedroom Capri With Lots Of Building Amenities!
- Capri 802 is a bright and comfortable three bedroom, two bath end unit in an oceanfront building situated in North Ocean City on 110th street. The sizable west facing balcony grants unobscured views of the bay from eighth floor where you'll be able to relax in the evening and watch the transforming colors of the sunset. The open living area features a flat screen TV, dining table and updated recently remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen. Capri amenities are unmatched as they have an Olympic sized indoor pool, large game room with an indoor basketball hoop, tennis courts, bike room, fitness room, library and saunas! On top of the super amenities and being only steps away from the beach, you are reasonably close either walking or driving to shopping and restaurants at the Gold Coast Mall and Food Lion Shopping Center.
Sleeping up to eight guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, two full beds in the 2nd bedroom, 1 double and 1 single in the 3rd bedroom. Property rents Saturday-Saturday all year.
Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer is provided in the condo for your convenience.
Condo has one assigned parking spot and has secured a 2nd spot for the 2025 season, 2026 guarantees one spot, the owner will attempt to secure a 2nd spot; however, it has not been determined yet. - if available, the owner covers the cost for the additional spot; if not, guests pays. The Capri charges a year-round, non-refundable registration fee of $75. Parking for additional vehicles if spaces are available, is $55.00 per car for the week or $10.00 daily.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. The property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
