Facility is very nice overall. The bathrooms need some attention. Door Seal is falling off in the one and no shelves in either to sit shampoo, shaver, etc.

Relaxing and convenient

The property is very nice for a family stay. The view from the 16th floor is amazing. The apartment is comfortable and very convenient to not only the beach, but restaurants and stores. The lock was sticky upon arrival and a call to the reservation company prompted a quick maintenance call and all was good from then on. I recommend this property.

The ocean views from our condo were stunning! Would stay again for this reason alone. The condo was well set up, and despite the listing saying we had to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels, there were plenty of things already in the condo to get us through our 4-day stay. The comforters felt a little musty, so we tossed those aside and used the clean sheets that were provided (we did add on the linen package) Thankfully it was warm enough during our stay that we didn't need the extra blankets.A deep clean of the bathrooms, and thorough vacuuming under beds and in the corners would go a long way as well - quite a few dust bunnies. It felt like the cleaning crew came in, wiped down the main surfaces, did a quick vacuum of the high-traffic areas and called it good enough. The building is a little older, but has a great location to the beach, some great restaurants and shops, and the Ocean City bus line - which is very easy to use. Very safe location and building, very friendly staff, check in and out were easy.

The place was very nice. The view is spectacular. The bathroom didn’t work the first two days and it took a lot of back and fourth to get it fixed. And the washer didn’t work. Never did get fixed.

Nice Unit

Unit itself was very nicely laid out. There were a few exceptions that can be addressed. Bed in Master Bedroom was very uncomfortable and sagging. Foam on mattress not much help. Went to make steaks, no broiler pan. Also, main bathroom is really small, shower stall is ridiculously small. Other than that, place was real nice.

Place needs a lot of TLC. Throw rugs need to be thrown out! Place was not deep cleaned for some time, even had a disclaimer on fridge. Water pressure in shower sucked. I feel for the price you are charged, including a cleaning fee, that at least the place should be clean. I would definitely look elsewhere next time I visit ocmd

Spectacular view!!!

Upon arriving for check-in, the process went very good and easy. The gentleman at the reservation building was very nice and informative. When I arrived at the condo, you had to check in with security and pay your $50 cash for parking, as I was waiting. The gentleman was counting out all this cash across the counter, and I had to stand and wait, wasn’t a big deal at first until I stood there for probably 10 minutes watching him count money over and over and over again. When we got into the unit, it was a short elevator ride up. The unit was beautiful, and the view was even better. We actually spent most of our time out on the balcony with the windows open. I ordered the linen package and and when going to put sheets on the bed, some of the sheets were still dirty, I tried calling the company with no answer. Thankfully, we had one extra sheet set that we weren’t using so we were able to use that. We noticed that there were no blankets anywhere so I messaged the property owner and asked them, if they were blankets somewhere, but I had no reply. So my family had to go out and buy blankets for each bed. The next morning we got up and went to make coffee, and when we pulled the filter out it was filled with old coffee grinds and about an inch of mold. After check out we got a call from reservations asking where the blankets for the bed were, I had to call 3 or 4 times and explain they were not in the unit and we had to go and buy them, no one EVER replied to any of our issues.

The beds are horrible. Felt like I was sleeping on ground. The shower heads barely put out any water. The shower curtain looks like it’s never been changed out. The living room recliners are very uncomfortable. Suggest they do some upgrades. For the money I spent it I expected it to br great.

This rental property had an amazing view, nice and clean on arrival , easy beach access . Usually a short wait for the elevator. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The pull out sleep sofa is really small. It would have been nice to have a normal size couch in the rental property. Not a lot of seating options other then chairs which were nice though. Other then that I would recommend this rental property.. the corner ocean view enclosed balcony was super awesome.

Nice, but…

Inaccurate description of beds. The “sofa bed” in the living room was a small foldout that was 4 inches high off the ground. You could not put a fitted sheet on the mattress. At best it is suitable for a small child. Condo only sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Only 3 regular glasses in the condo and very limited storage containers suitable for microwave. Dishwasher rack was broken and hard to close. Many light bulbs out and not many lamps overall.

Great location with beautiful view

We stayed with 5 adults. Check in process was quick and easy. The condo was clean with all the amenities and more. It was in a great location with easy in and out access to the beach. Access to bathrooms when your on the beach was great and the were always extremely clean. Check out was simple with no hassles. The only down side to our stay were that beds were a little uncomfortable and if you have tall people in your party the seating options in throughout the condo are not so comfortable. Other than that it was great.

Well appointed. Loved the glass enclosed balcony. Elevator, never a long wait. Very easy bringing stuff up from and back to car. Easy access to beach. Would have been nice to allow two vehicles without cost penalty, but understand.
