Very beautiful condo was perfect for our vacation in OC MD. Very Clean and well stocked. Jess absolutely thinks of everything in case you left something at home. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping, and a very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation at the beach and staying in this condo made it perfect. Thank You Jess for being a wonderful host.

Our stay here was amazing! When the description says “everything needed for a perfect stay”, they mean it. The condo is in such a convenient location - near plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach is only steps away. You are truly less than a 5 minute walk from anything you’d ever need. Additionally, there is a bus stop across the street so you can get anywhere in OC in no time. The host is so kind, helpful, and responsive. I could not reccomend this property/host enough! We loved our time here and definitely plan on going back!

Beautiful property and perfect location! Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach . Wonderful restaurants and many conveniences all within walking distance. Condo is beautifully decorated and has all the extras that one would need! We were thrilled to be here:)

Just spent 9 wonderful days at this property. Truly a great location, super close to beach, patk, restaurants, grocery store. We brought our bikes with us and were able to get around so easy! The condo is extremely clean, and everything is there that you could need. I love not having to pack beach chairs and an umbrella. This was our 2nd stay, we will definitely be back again next year. Jess checked on us through the stay to ensure we were all set with supplies. 10 out of 10! Thanks for making vacation so easy!

We loved our stay! The host is so thoughtful and provides nearly anything you might have forgotten…from a toothbrushes and shampoo, all the way to coolers and black out curtains. She’s thought of it all. The condo was clean and well kept. The location is fantastic. There are so many greats spots within walking distance. Mini golf, fast food, ice cream, coffee, pharmacy and even a grocery store! VERY convenient. The walk to the beach is short and easy. I can’t say enough good things. We will most definitely be back!

My stay at Jessica’s condo was great! The property was easy to get to and was even available before the listed check in time. The bed was very comfortable, and while I brought my own linens, anything that I may have needed to sleep was available. Additionally, Jessica has everything you may need in general from extra pillows to make up remover wipes to condiment packets. There were also a lot of great places nearby within walking distance. It was also very close to the beach and it was very easy to access. Also, if you have any concerns during your stay, Jessica is very responsive. I look forward to potentially staying here again in the future!

Fantastic condo in great location

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Jess is responsive and very easy to work with which helps so much when searching for a place to stay. The condo is lovely, modern and in a terrific location. Shuttle goes from across the street to the boardwalk but there is alot to do in walking distance, including a nice park on the bay. The ocean is just a short walk up the block and beautiful, well-kept and cleaned. And we met so many nice people there that we can't wait to come back. Thank you to Jess!

Incredible place to stay

I couldn’t recommend this property more. The owner truly cared and went out of her way to make sure this was a memorable vacation. She routinely communicated about our upcoming stay and checked in upon our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything. This property has EVERYTHING you could need. From k-cups to toothbrushes we really only needed to bring lines and towels. The locker was full of everything we needed for the beach. The property is updated, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach. The biggest reason we booked this place was its dog friendly and it’s only a few blocks away from a park that was perfect for her and our kids. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream, and other places to treat yourself to within walking distance. A fantastic getaway with an owner that truly cares for her renters. A

Mini getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying at this property with our dog Moose. The owners have thought of literally everything imaginable that you could need while there my husband and I absolutely love coffee and I love tea the selection of K-cups was amazing. It was a great base to come back to and relax after enjoying time doing some activities in Ocean City. The location during this time of year offered us tranquility and peace and quiet which from both of our busy jobs we desperately needed. We will definitely be booking here again. The fact that we could have our dog with us and leave him for a little bit and still go out and enjoy some time as a couple was the best part of the stay. The owner even messaged me and said we could come almost a whole day early because it was ready and nobody else was there at no extra charge we've stayed many places and this has become one of our favorites.

Property is nice, as pictured in listing. We did have an issue with way too many scented things like glade plug ins and diffusers around the property. I am sensitive to heavy fragrances and it really bothered us the first day and night. The place did feel clean and once everything was unplugged it didn’t have any off smells or anything.

OC Beach Trip

Stairs

Very nice condo. Did not know it didn’t have an elevator. My husband is 91 and I am 82. We are not handicapped but those steps were something else. Going up we did have a couple people help us. Coming down was a lot easier. Our dog didn’t mind it at all. We did enjoy our stay.

Perfect Condo in north OC
