Completely renovated (and only 2 units) condo, all the way down to the wall studs, new paint, floors, appliances, beds, hardwood floors, flat screen TVs in every room, new and big bathrooms and all new furniture too. Front balcony for this 2nd floor condo has ocean views and is covered. Back balcony is open with a view of private yard and where our FREE private parking is located right behind the house for 2 cars depending on size. Table on back balcony for dining "al fresco".
Extra cars can park FREE too because we are on a free; no parking meter street.
Steps to the beach, you don't have to cross any streets we are already located oceanBLOCK 😎.

Super easy walking distance to popular foodie faves too. Park your car and not have to get in it again. Bus stop nearby, easy walk. Bus runs 24/7 every 5-10 minutes, cost is just $4, must be cash and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to within the same 24 hours just keep the little ticket the driver can give you when you depart. Such a deal!

Minimum age to book is 30, proof of age verification required after booking when you will be able to see my contact info and I will be able to see yours.

I enjoyed the home. It was a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and also a good custard stand across the street. Bowling alley on 72nd street and so much more to do. Marcy was terrific a true gem. We will be back next August

Location is perfect and a quick, easy walk to the beach!! The β€œwelcome” messages were very off putting at first as others had said. The house was not nearly as clean as we were expecting after those messages. Such as the coffee pot was dirty and still had grounds, hair all over both of the tubs, stove was dirty with old food, the dryer was dirty and filled with lint, garbage, food and other people’s dirty clothes on the floor, ants in the 3 bunk bed room (on the walls and everything) and broken traps which leaked on the counter by the stove…and a few more things that we just weren’t expecting with the standards of cleaning that were explained. We had issues with the linen service a few times with them forgetting things and the owner was quick to help. And then had to message multiple times and didn’t get our things until 9:30pm. I would recommended bringing your own blankets, since the ones the linen service provided were very thin. Overall it was fine, but we would probably find somewhere a little nicer for the same price range next time.

Marcy was great and very attentive. The property was clean and perfect for us. We loved the convenience of the property to the beach and basically being right in the middle of Ocean City. Bus stops were close by going both north and south. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Ocean City.

Great place to stay with quick beach access. The stay is on the second floor, so if there is anyone in your group that has problems with stairs, recommend searching for something in a lower level.

5 star rental. Great location for dining out and only a short walk to a perfect beach. (Quiet and less crowded than most places we have stayed). The front deck is so spacious and we had great views of the ocean and bay! Marcy was a wonderful host! Thank you, Marcy for sharing your beach home.

The owner was amazing, she extremely easy to contact, and very cordial and down to earth (I knew that from the first message months earlier). The place was so relaxing and the location is right off the beach yet close to so many restaurants. Our stay was outstanding to say the least. And I plan on coming back to the same place the next time I visit Ocean City.

We chose this property because we wanted everyone under one roof. We had a baby age 1 1/2 and six adults we all fit comfortably. I do suggest updating the bed mattresses.

Great spot

The location of this beautiful house is a plus. Walking distance to everything we needed: stores, restaurants, beach (ocean-block). We were a group of 7, including two small kids. Lots of space and great balconies. We had 3 cars and never had parking problems. Marcy was kind and prompt in her replies. The only thing that caught me by surprise was to learn that they were still operating under covid-19 restrictions which meant no bedding nor bath linens were offered. They had them available for rental but for our group it would have been an extra $250, including pillows and bath mats. So we decided to bring our own bulk! Marcy was kind and called me to let me know we could check-in earlier which was most appreciated. We had a great time and would consider renting the same house again!

Steps away from the beach!!!

My family and I had such a wonderful time in Ocean City. This house has an abundance of beds to accommodate many and is wonderfully decorated. Marcy was very communicative and accommodated all of our needs. Loves how close it was to the beach and there are several eating places within walking distance.

Fantastic location!

While there were a lot of "house rules" the property is very clean and nice! So close to the beach, which was awesome with little ones. Dunkin' and other restaurants are a short walk away. Don't miss out!

Great Spot!

Marcy was a wonderful host! She communicated clearly and was very kind every step of the way. There were a lot of house rules, but assuming you’re not going to trash the place and your guests are respectful, you have nothing to worry about! We had a couple of issues with the linen service, but Marcy took care of it promptly. We had a great time over the weekend and would highly recommend this spot! The interior is all very new, modern, and comfortable. The parking up front and out back is very convenient as well. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about Marcy and the property itself!
