'Excellent for an overnight stay to catch an early morning departure. Driving to the hotel & finding the entrance was really a hassle. The GPS takes you on a convoluted route through construction to a back entry for buses & then a walk into the airport- inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. If you drive to the arrivals drop off at the airport to access it is easy to get an elevator to the hotel lobby - wish we had known this instead of wasting so much time!! Parking in airport car park...

'Está bien ubicado, el personal es sumamente amable y te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas. Sin embargo, las condiciones del hotel podrían mejorar. El agua de la alberca está helada entonces ni se puede disfrutar. Un día nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría (me imagino que a esa hora todos los huéspedes se estaban bañando). 'We ended up having to pay 250 pesos for the “free” shuttle cause we needed to get our rental car back to Enterprise. We were not happy as this information was not provided upfront. (We were willing to meet at the airport but they insisted on picking us up at Enterprise). ALSO the construction out front is a huge hinderance as it makes it almost impossible to get to the hotel. On a positive note, the rooms were exactly what we needed for the night and the restaurant was open “late”. '
