The shops are within the hotel and restaurants to for your desire. It’s old combined with new architecture and ambience. it’s busy but not too busy. 'Great staff and location '

'ホテルの方、皆さん、感じがよく親切で気持ちよく過ごせた。いろいろな設備の古さは否めないが値段相応。 場所はワイキキビーチエリアの東端にあるけれどもワイキキの中心部からギリギリ徒歩圏で、トローリーのバス停も隣のツインフィンホテルにあって使いやすい。各種ツアーの集合も隣のクイーンカピオラニホテルが指定できる事が多く問題ない。値段の割にビーチまで横断歩道を渡るだけという立地は素晴らしい。近くにスーパーはないが、ABCストアが1Fにあり便利。ベアフットビーチカフェも近く使い易い。店内だと鳥に襲われるのでテイクアウトがお勧め。 コインランドリーはクォーターコインを入れて使用するタイプ。洗濯、乾燥、洗剤それぞれ、4.5ドル、3.5ドル、1.25ドルでトータル50枚近く必要だが、レセプションで普通に両替してくれた。'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
