Resort à Nusa Dua

« ❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful....

« We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with recommendations and check-in. The location was convenient, and amenities like the bar and common areas made it easy to unwind. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! »
