Shops for your daily needs such as butcher, bakery, supermarket, gas stations, tavern (Franconian and Greek), Asian snack bar, bank/savings bank, post office, hairdresser, lotto/stationery, pharmacy, physiotherapy practice, and ice cream parlor are located in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a maximum of 2 minutes. A doctor's office, a farm shop, and a flower shop are about 3 minutes away by car. Schwabach can be reached in 10 minutes, the Franconian Lake District (Spalt, Roth, etc.) in about 30 minutes.



You will enjoy a cozy and relaxing atmosphere in Franconian style – rustic, clean, and full of light. The central location offers quick access to the city center, the harbor, and the trade fair. Public transport is easily accessible.

We rent a comfortable apartment on the first floor with traditional Franconian furnishings in the south of Nuremberg. The natural wood furniture is pollutant-free and made from Alpine wood, partly hand-carved and personalized.



The apartment offers bright rooms. From the kitchen and living room, you have a view into the winter garden, which offers seating. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. A tiled stove and a dining room with TV are also available.



The quiet yet central location is ideal for relaxing, working, or unwinding after a day at the trade fair or a business meeting. The apartment is conveniently located with excellent connections to Nuremberg's public transport: the S-Bahn is 7 minutes, the bus 2 minutes away on foot. There is good access to the Südwesttangente and the city highway.
