'Shower is a glass door that only opens from one side. For shorter people this could be a hassle. Twice the shower head fell off and opening the door sprayed water everywhere.'

'My husband recently stayed here. He had a coughing fit due to something with the pillow, and needed to go down to the front desk to ask for a change, he did not get the warmest reception for this request. Also, he said there was a lot of road noise, due partly to the fact that the window did not close all the way. He tried to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable. 'Cleaning staff did not replenish supplies ( had to call numerous time and have things brought that should have been done during cleaning). Cleaning staff left door unsecured (not latched when we returned in the evening), anyone could have walked in and taken everything. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend.'

The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times.'
