« Pool was closed, again. I’ve stayed here 3 times due to the location but every time the pool has been closed. The night staff was wonderful but the morning staff was not great at all. And the breakfast was terrible. »

« Nice comfortable place. People were great. Food much nicer than other places. Thank you! »

« I had to change rooms twice. The second room was slightly better..There was large amounts of black mold in the bathroom walls/ceilings. The room smelled damp and unpleasant scent. I had to call the outside line to reach the desk staff because they were absent from the desk in the evening. The kitchen staff was noted to wipe his nose while in the presence of the food. Last but not least everyone doesn't eat pork »

« Ya tenía pagado mi reservación y luego me dijeron que no aún con el recibo una trabajadora revisó y dijo que ya estaba pagado, pero el primero dijo que no , no aceptó que cometió un error, la otra persona tuvo que decir que no se cobró que hubo una declinación. Tu que llamar a la compañía de Expidia para ayudar. Espere 1 hora con 40 minutos para resolver la situación. »

« The cleaners emptied my room one day before I checked out. That means they stole my toiletries, doedorant, as well as food and water from the fridge. The front desk agent could not help locate the items. »

« Ceiling was leaking water causing floor to be wet. Bathtub was dripping. Room carpet was filthy. Room furniture was old. Breakfast was poor. »

« Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything.. »

« Check in process was not very inviting, and manager on duty seemed put out when front desk staff had a question. They hold a $300 incidental deposit at check in which seems high considering the hotel. CONS: The room was decent but had debris on the floor outside of main traffic area, and a half eaten taco under the bed skirt. Pretty gross! Furniture is showing its age. Bathroom had a broken tile and a piece of tape covering which I assumed to be a hole in the middle of the tub. PROS: Location is...

« meme pas bonjour l employee demande le passeport ce qui est normal mais demande en plus une piece d i dentite supplemantaire. anormal on lui demande une chambre en hauteur elle nous repond que c est 10 dollars en plus que ns avons refuse de payer et le pire si vs etes placer vers l autoroute vs ne dormez pas de la nuit tellement bruyant. et j oubliais. odeurs de cigarette dans les chambres et dans le hall sinon la chambre est grande dommage »
