Hôtel près de Detweiller Park (Peoria)

« The room was 80 degrees when I arrived. Wasn't a bad room though. Pretty clean. Had a great breakfast spread in the mornings. Hot tub was not working. »

« Very cute boutique hotel. My family rented it out for a family weekend. The apartment, which was used as our hospitality area, was huge and the exposed brick walls gave the place character. »

« Clean room, nice breakfast, good location »

« The front desk staff is very nice and helpful! The price is also very reasonable. Just wish they had a little earlier hours for breakfast time. »

« Beautiful place, the room was emmaculent by »

« I reserved a king bed moths in advance and when I checked in I was told by the desk clerk we changed you to a room with 2 queen beds. I asked why and shrugged. Get to room to relax, turned on the TV had 4 channels, AMC, VH1, LIFETIME TWICE.. I went and asked the desk clerk how many channels I should have and she said it would be taken care of No updates and when my 3 day stay was over and I checked out no repair/change or apology. I also asked if the bar would be open to who i believe was...

« Everything was good, but had hoped for a slightly better included breakfast as far as protein selection. »

« I reserved a King and its was not ready . Mind you I checked in @ 8pm and check in time was at 4pm. The water in the shower was not warm at all. The TV in the room was not working. The garage was falling apart and low as can be. »

« Very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the manager happy hour they was offered the day we arrived. Used the hot tub and pool, which were both on the used side but water was clean and clear. Staff was very pleasant. »

« Great for the price, no issues »

« Front desk staff was extremely friendly and took the time to explain amenities to me. Room was clean and comfortable. »

« Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel for help, but the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me on a date change or another solution. I understand booking policies, but that does not excuse treating a customer poorly. The way this was handled left a bad impression, and I would not book here again. I’m even not going to be using Expedia for any more bookings! »

« Bathroom Floor is so slippery when wet it is a lawyer suit waiting to happen. »

« We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep. »
