« Great location for exploring Covington. The place was comfortable and spacious enough for my family to enjoy time together. »

« Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. »

« I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna. »

« We mistakenly came while a game was going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel as roads were blocked and none of the officers would move them even though we had a reservation and had to use the road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was wonderful and they gave us a ballpark view which the kids lived. »

« Everything was Clean and well kept! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only complaint we have, was this is the only hotel we have ever stayed in where you could hear people walking (stomping) around in the room above you! Other than that nice hotel! »

« Avis très positif pour cet hôtel, surtout grâce à son emplacement en plein centre-ville de Cincinnati, qui permet de tout faire à pied. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Le lobby m’a paru un peu froid et impersonnel, mais le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. Le gros point fort reste la situation : en plein centre, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et des principales attractions, ce qui est...

« While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior? »

« Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park. »

« Room was fine but the bed had black hair all over it. Took about 30 minutes to check in. »
