« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

« Very friendly staff. Room was okay. The bed and pillows are unforgiving. Two days later and still sore. One of two elevators was out, making it a 10-15 minute wait. A false fire alarm went off at midnight. Not the most restful stay, but the view of the river was gorgeous. »

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. « Beautiful/clean room. Parking was a bit of a hassle, garage 2 blocks away and valet was very backed up. They may need to consider, when large amounts of people are checking in the same day, to stagger check-in times rather than have everybody checking in at the same time. Roads were backed up, police were blocking off the road so you couldn’t even turn there and valet could not keep up with the amount of people. Otherwise, would highly recommend. »
