'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Quiet and clean. All staff went out of their way to make our stay nice. Nice scent/aroma as you walk through the lobby and out of your room to the lifts. Would recommend and come back again. '
