'We stayed at Azzura Green Apartments and unfortunately our experience got off to a terrible start. For the first three nights, our apartment had a significant cockroach infestation. We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away.
