Very well furnished condo with an outstanding view of Cherry Grove. It is just north of the crowded Myrtle beach chaos, yet just a short drive to the attractions. going again!

The condo was amazing and beautifully decorated. The views were great and we appreciated a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The area is relatively quiet compared to to other areas of Cherry Grove but close enough to stores if you run out of something. The pool was great for the kids. The beach is wide and did not really feel crowded

It's a great condo supplied with everything you need. The only problem was that the shower door in the smallest bedroom was broken. The host did tell me in advance. The condo was nicely decorated, and instructions on how to operate everything were plentiful. We would stay here again. Great beach view from the balcony which was the most important detail.

We had an amazing stay in this condo! It all starts with the host. She was great! There were issues with the elevator 3 days before our stay and she was in communication and working with us before the stay. During the stay we received several updates about the status of the elevator repair. She was very quick to respond to any/all messages. The condo was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us! Everything was clean and the condo was stocked with pretty much everything we could have possibly needed. We spent every morning sitting on the balcony soaking in the amazing view! We loved the location of the condo. Definitely a quieter area with the beach being much less crowded than we expected! We hated leaving but we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Place

Such a great place to spend time at the beach. The location is close to all the attractions but far enough away for a calm beach environment. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Loved the property and the location. The view was absolutely incredible and we were very comfortable in the accommodations. Over all an incredible experience!Note: Needs a new light bulb over outside doorway!

The location was great. Quiet area of beach - fewer people. Enjoyed the condo - great view of the beach. Condo was well stocked and having three bedrooms with three bathrooms was ideal for our group. Even though we were not there long enough to need to use the laundry, it was nice to have that option in the unit. Owner was responsive to our inquiries. Suggestions for improvement: have instructions on how to use TV available in condo; sliding doors were difficult to open/close; primary bath could use some upgrades; be sure to let guests know if the pool will not be open for use during their visit. Thanks for a great visit.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had an awesome stay!! The condo was immaculate and the view just amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was great and having the beach just steps away and always in sight was so relaxing. Cherry Grove is so beautiful.

Family Vacation

We booked this property for a family vacation and really enjoyed it! There was 8 of us in total (4 adults& 4 children). The condo was more than spacious enough for our group and was stocked with anything you could need. We look forward to visiting again!

We loved this Condo in Sea Marsh One! The location is excellent!! The views of the ocean are gorgeous!! The unit was very clean and spacious! The owner, Anita was very responsive with any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo! The entire experience from the rental process to check in was great. Well maintained condo with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Very, very clean! Owner was very easy to communicate with and took extra time to make this place special. Would definitely recommend to others!

Lovely Condo

We have stayed in this unit for several years now. We enjoy the provided amenities (linens, starter coffee pods, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc) Anita goes the extra mile to make this condo ready for guests. It has always been clean when we arrive. It’s a great location. My aging parents are able to maneuver the property well. We plan to return next year.

Great condo on the beach

We had an amazing time at this condo. From the time I booked the owner answered all questions quickly. When we arrived the contact was very clean. There was many items for cooking or grilling. It was nice to have extras such as soap, TP and sheets. Nice family friendly location with a great ocean front view. Highly recommend.

Love the condo and the cherry grove area!

Love the condo and the area! This was our 4th year renting the condo. The condo is always clean and the owner, Anita, is always easy to communicate with. This time we also had family that came along and rented the other condo next door. We all had a great time. There were two minor inconveniences that came up during our stay, but Anita resolved them both very quickly with very little inconvenience to us. I know we will rent the condo again in the future.

Overall we enjoyed our stay for our three days… The condo was clean, kitchen was nice, bedrooms were nice , but no TV in the third bedroom. Location was very good. Great ocean/beach views. I really only had two main complaints….1. The TV in the main room needs replaced. It has a Blue tint that can not be adjusted or removed regardless of how many color/tint/brightness adjustments made….and 2. The available “beach chairs” were extremely old/rusted/and just not usable in any fashion. It would be worth spending 40 to get two or three new chairs that could actually be used in the beach and replace every couple years or as needed…Other than those two “issues” we enjoyed our stay…
