Blue Mist 302 is a classic Cherry Grove oceanfront condo built for easy beach days: private balcony views, a family-friendly 3 bedroom layout, and quick access to the sand. It’s also one of our limited dog-friendly oceanfront options—rare in Cherry Grove—so weeks go fast.

🐶 PET POLICY (PLEASE READ)
• We only have a handful of dog-friendly rentals—Blue Mist 302 is one of them
• Dogs only: limit 1–2 dogs per reservation
• Weight limit: 50 lbs or less per dog
• Pet fee: $300 non-refundable per dog, per stay
• Unattended dogs: allowed if they are comfortable alone and do not disturb neighbors
• Guest responsibility: you are responsible for any accidents, damage, or disturbances
• Paperwork: an additional pet contract is required for reservations with dogs
• IMPORTANT: Bringing a pet into a non–pet-friendly property is a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in eviction without refund and additional fees

DOG OWNER REMINDERS
• May 15–Sept 15: dogs are not allowed on the beach from 9 AM–5 PM
• Leash law is in effect at all times (max leash length 7 feet)
• Please pick up and properly dispose of pet waste

• You're welcome to swing by the office before 4:00 PM to knock out paperwork and get settled — no appointment needed.
We'll take your info, then text/call you the second the property is fully reset, cleaned, and the key is ready for pickup. From there, head straight to your vacation spot and start relaxing.
