This first floor villa has been professionally decorated with both families and golfers in mind. The spacious great room contains an entertainment center with large screen TV and a DVD player, and open to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The great room looks out to the screened porch with views of the 4th tee box of the Greg Norman Course.

The master suite is outfitted with a king bed that can be setup as two twins, a TV, and a private bath suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and plenty of storage room. A second bath serves guests dropping by or the second bedroom.

The laundry room is centrally located and comes complete with laundry products for our guests. The amenities we offer are unsurpassed since we furnish everything you need to enjoy a great vacation here in paradise.

Cypress Bend has its own community pool just steps from the front door and our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool located on the Intracoastal Waterway in front of the marina and next to the marina restaurant.

If the beach is your thing, take our complimentary in season shuttle to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance. You may also take the shuttle to Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining and entertainment Mecca just across the waterway.
