Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, the property features a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom equipped with both a king bed and a single bed. The open-concept living area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests have access to a private balcony for outdoor seating and relaxation. The building offers a large communal pool and is situated just steps away from direct beach access, with beach essentials provided for your convenience. Please note that this unit is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private laundry room. You are also welcome to enjoy the private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Additionally, guests have access to the building's shared amenities, including the communal outdoor swimming pool and free parking on the premises.

You are just steps away from the pristine sand and surf, making beach days effortless. Within a short five minute drive, you can reach the vibrant Barefoot Landing, which offers an impressive array of waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and family friendly entertainment. For those who love the game, world class golf courses are scattered throughout the immediate area, most within a ten minute drive. If you are traveling with children, popular water parks and amusement attractions are also conveniently located just a short trip down the coast. The neighborhood offers a classic beach town atmosphere that is both relaxing and full of excitement.



Getting Around:

The most convenient way to explore North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area is by car. We provide one free parking space on the premises for your vehicle, making it easy for you to come and go as you please. While public transportation options are limited in this coastal area, ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available for trips to local attractions like Barefoot Landing or nearby golf courses. If you are flying into the region, Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately a thirty minute drive from the condo.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that we maintain a strict no pets policy and smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the premises. For the comfort of all residents, we do not allow motorcycles on the property and we do not rent to students. Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.
