'Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. 'Lovely lovely cottage a short walk to a private beach. Beach gear in the closet (two chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!). We rode the available bikes to the beach everyday- 3 minute bike ride! Nice lagoon in the back to watch the pretty birds. Room is quaint-just right for 2 people for a 3-day stay! We will for sure be back! (The bed is not comfortable but we made due!!!!) :-)'

'Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!'

'Firstly let me say the property was better than advertised as it was extremely clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and that love to relax. Pool was perfect. 100% will stay again.'

'When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. While there we experience power loss which the host was very...

'Very comfortable house'

'Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property.'

'We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! "Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Service was great and staff very friendly. Good food and drinks at the tiki bar but also results in some noise and occasional disturbance from drunk people. Shutters did not close properly, which resulted in people being able to look into the room from the outside. Bed was bouncy and a bit too small for two people."

"Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute. They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to inform them off anything is needed or wrong. Unfortunately they didn't respond to us during our stay. Beside that we still will consider going back here :)"
