'Normally, I would not give any hotel all 5 stars in every category. However, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. If i could give this hotel 9 stars i would. The staff was amazing with EXCELLENT customer services. Mrs. Jackie (breakfast cleaning lady I believe that was her name) she was so sweet and funny. The breakfast was amazing and good. '

'The staff was exceptional. All three of the representatives at the front desk were knowledgeable about the room ammemnities. They were also enthusiastic about their work and displayeda pleasant demeanor over our 3 day stay. Restaurants were in walking distance and shops are within 1 block of the hotel. 'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'
