'Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

'Comfortable and quiet! The AC and cozy beds made up for the room being a little dusty. A couple of things to note for future guests: the lake has a lot of weeds, and while I didn't see any, there are warning signs that alligators are in the area. A swimming pool would be an excellent addition for guests who don't have a boat.'

'It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

'Close to Swamp rabbit trail, almost too close as you could hear people walking and biking by. Units need steps up to the trail. We enjoyed the easy access to the town from old buncombe road. Close to main st.'
