« The cottage has potential, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. Check-in information was emailed only a few hours before arrival, and we had to call to figure out which house was ours. The property also needs some attention: the mattress felt old, the toilet itself was wobbly, the AC remote barely worked, and there was no body wash. The advertised bikes consisted of one adult bike and two children’s bikes, all so rusted we didn’t feel safe using them. The guest...

« Property was clean outside of some carpet stains, slightly smelly sofa pillows and screens that didn't fir all of the way around. This is mainly a 4 bedroom apartment with the two lower units being long term rentals. One unit has a nice older lady (directly underneath) the other is a family with 3 young children who can be loud at times (crying etc) views not accurate on the site so we have added some truer ones. Beds should be updated except the single one. Views are really nice and it is close...

« It’s a cosy little cabin in the middle of eureka. The check-in instructions were clear and precise. I was in town for a reunion so I really only used it for sleeping. I didn’t cook. It was perfect for a solo traveler; might be a bit tight for a couple. The best part for me was the location —- close to Harrison and Harris and Henderson and H Street. Very affordable and much quieter than Broadway. »

« The bed is super comfortable. The yard is secure for travel pets. It is a tight space, so be prepared for that. Otherwise a very nice experience. »

« This was a very spacious but comfortable space. It is located between Mendocino and Fort Bragg with a 15 minute drive to get to the heart of Mendocino or Fort Bragg. The host is very responsive to any questions you might have and very willing to suggest restaurants or things to do in the area. There is a property cat that comes to visit and the place is set up to host dogs as well. There is a new King Bed that was quite comfortable. »

« This place was perfect for our stay in Arcata! We wanted to explore Redwood National Park and this was a great cozy place to stay close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The host, Julia, was super sweet and communicated with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I 100% recommend this spot for a lovely getaway! »
