I can see what others are saying about the couch. My 18-year-old slept on the couch and didn't mind it, but I recommend bringing a cot or air mattress if you need a second bed for a picky adult. »

« When we arrived, I had forgotten the instructions to get into the house, and the host was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. The house was nice and clean, and the beds were very plush. There were plenty of towels, including extra to use with the hot tub. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to cook several meals with no problems. We enjoyed our stay very much. « What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive.
