'The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. The room was very clean and roomy. My daughters enjoyed it! They had an amazing breakfast, buffet style. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. The location was so close to family we were visiting. I will definitely be staying here again.'

'Overall, It was a good experience. They have a hotel policy that requires anyone who lives within 50-60 miles to have a $150 cash deposit. When I asked if that was on the booking site, I was told it’s a hotel policy and that information is not on 3rd party sites. That type of information needs to be on every site that is promoting this hotel so that guest are prepared. That’s not fair for someone to book a stay and then be told to pay that amount of money in cash once they arrive.'

'I liked my room. Only problem was that I had to call the front desk twice for kids running and playing in the hall at 10pm. Other than that nice hotel.'

'Staff was friendly, room was clean, basic breakfast items and location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool is nice, however there is a apartments complex adjacent the pool. The residents from the apartments come to utilize the pool, they cannot get in because they don't have a room key to enter the gate. When you do not let them in, they get combative.'

'Awful odor in lobby and rooms. Other clientele seemed to be connected to some type of halfway half for ex offenders and were using washer and dryers late. Receptionist gave me erroneous information when she said I could get a refund from Expedia for a second room that I booked erroneously. That piece of advice cost me $100 .'

'Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well. Pool completely closed off. This hotel is a total dump.'

'There was a cockroach in the room, the tv didn’t work, it was generally creepy and there wasn’t a toplock for the door so I had to push a table against the door because someone could actually just walk in. For a woman traveling by herself, it was an actual nightmare. Go to the sleep inn, atleast your door is inside and it’s probably cleaner.'

'This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!'
