'Mooi hotel met ontzettend leuke kamer. Ligging is perfect en het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid. Wat een stuk minder is is de service, de receptie is rommelig. Wij bleven 3 nachten de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en was er geen koffie, thee en fris bijgevuld, Schone handdoeken waren op het (onopgemaakte )bed gegooid. De laatste ochtend belde we met de receptie of we iets langer in de kamer konden blijven ( minder dan een uur…) en dat was geen probleem maar 10 minuten ná check-out...

'We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. We didn't notice road noise through the night. The staff were really helpful and breakfast excellent. We also had an evening meal which was fabulous! We'll be back.'

'Lovely stay in Brooks Guesthouse. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and most accommodating. Brooks Guesthouse is a short walk from Bath City so the location was perfect.'
