'Everything was clean, no issues. What I missed and was surprised not to have on the door to the room was a security chain or door guard. This especially so since the door to the room leads to the outside of the hotel and not to a hotel hallway. The hotel also uses keys which can be copied rather than the new systems which use codes. '

'New hotel, still lots of things to take care of. I was placed in the wrong room, the lady at the front desk was trying to convince me that I wrong. After settling down I was offered my proper room, was told that their booking application don't communicate properly. I found people in my room when I came back from morning swim, they were not communicating with me why. The area around hotel is still under construction. Plesent, clean hotel, but very basic for Hyatt.'

'I really liked this hotel. The room was very clean except when I retrieved a spoon out of the prewrapped cutlery, it was dirty. Pretty gross. '

'Kirit at the front desk was amazing. I suffer from arthritic knees and could hardly walk at check-in. Kirit not only helped with my luggage, he parked my vehicle for me so I could rest. What amazing customer service!!!'
