All of the chains I would normally have stayed at doubled and tripled their nightly rates. I have stayed at LaQuintas before, but this one was sorely lacking. Multiple ice machines broken, keycard building door broken, no tub stopper, tv remote didn't work, filthy shower curtain, AC was loud as hell. 'The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service.'

'Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled.
