'The carpet and chair was filled with dirty spots. Nothing like the photos. And the room had a terrible smell.'

'Bed was very firm, pillows weren’t super supportive unless you stacked 4 of them together. The shower didn’t drain water which really grossed me out. And they removed the hot tub so if you were wanting that amity; it’s no longer there. Probably won’t stay here again.'

'We appreciated the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast buffet. They do have kitchens, which may be a plus for families. They do welcome pets. The pool was closed, and the ice machine was down. I guess a part broke. The location of the bed was near the air conditioner, which was noisy and blew on your face. My brother commented that the room could have been rearranged more efficiently to prevent the air from blowing on your face. We didn't get a good night sleep. We felt...

'Just keep looking. U truly get what u pay for! Several things broken..no stopper in tub to take a bath. I guess eating breakfast in the rm u pay for is a no no & the 6 month old carpet is a LIE!! My grandbabies came by to visit me so of course took off thr shoes & I had to clean & DISINFECT the black dirt off thr feet!!! Asked to be reimb ANYTHING from my 4 day stay & was told I was SOL so deal with it!'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'
