'Staff great. Breakfast very good. Clean facilities. AC in the room needed some work, vibrated and rattled like crazy when it turned on and off. Otherwise good. Would book again.'

'Very nice hotel as far as the common areas and the restaurant for dinner (not breakfast with $19 for a salmon bagel, more expensive than Miami) but the rooms and staff are terrible. Had 3 sleepless nights because of guests and what they called children running around worse than animals above us. Called multiple times to change rooms or have them quiet them down. 'The hotel was great, I reserved 3 rooms ,2 were supposed to be adjoining for my son and my grand kids to be together with some space. That did not happen 1600 dollars and on room was not used would not return money hotel was booked . Had requested this when I made reservation and called ahead and spoke to someone.'

'Room was not really clean, your bare feet went dirty on the floor. Wifi was not working smoothly, had to reconnect several times and speed was slow. Television was not perfect, some channels had no sound, others were blurred. Otherwise no complaints.'

'The bathroom was with cockroaches, dirty bacon with sticky black material, no sign of do not disturb so they entered the room without my consent. A lamp without a bulb, a TV without control, a broken elevator and the other dirty. A quality disaster. The only good thing was the pool and the location facing the beach.'
