'The property was beautiful, clean and very serene! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, sides, coffee, juice, breads and laid out beautifully! Our he’d was super comfy and the shower was lovely. Recommend a stay if you’re looking for a quiet respite right within the great city of Burlington!!'

'Lots of antiques and like a step back in time. The old fashioned lodge on the lake. SHARED bathroom in hallways. Can hear people in the room next door. Creepy bed. Just know it’s eclectic. Continental breakfast. Host is super friendly. I loved it but my 26 year old doesn’t appreciate the old things as much. '

'We enjoyed our overnight stay. The remoteness was part of the charm. The sunroom and porch were great to relax on. We enjoyed our breakfast and chatting with host Brad and other guests. Definately a great place to decompress from work and the always on mentality. Wish we had more time to learn about the many atniques on the property.'

'Wonderful! Not sure how anyone could give a bad review. Incredibly friendly staff, welcoming to my pup, beautiful location and view. Quiet and peaceful. I didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but it was packed and it’s off season. Comfy bed, huge bathroom and great shower. The only thing I would say is the third floor has very narrow stairs that would be hard for folks with mobility issues. Also it was a little weird to have to walk through a restaurant to go to your room but doubt it would be...

'Het gebouw is een soort woonhuis van 100 jaar oud. Dat betekent veel lift en krakende houten vloeren trappen. Kamer klein en eenvoudig. Elders was een koelkast te gebruiken. Ruime parkeer gelegenheid gratis. Service is vriendelijk en goed. Het huis biedt op het balkon gelegenheid om te zitten en wat te drinken. Wel is de prijs te hoog voor wat er geboden werd. Maar het is wel centraal gelegen in montpelier.'
