'Overall, the place is clean, but they are extremely stingy with cleaning supplies. Communication with the reception and staff is very poor — every time you email, a different person replies, and you have to repeat your request all over again. The air conditioning is terrible; you can’t switch it on or off, as it’s set automatically to 24–25°C. If you can find another hotel or accommodation for the same price, don’t hesitate, even if it costs you a little more.'

'This property has pros but unfortunately we found more cons. I’ll start with the pros. The ac worked wonderfully. The room was spacious (booked the XL room). It had a double bed, pull out couch and a small kitchenette that included a fridge and microwave. The location was great. It really is only a 5 minute walk to the duomo, shopping, restaurants, and metro. The cons: the noise. And yes, I had read other people complaining about it but we not only had noise at 1am from random people hanging...
