'A localização é maravilhosa, bem perto da Namba Station (com facil acesso ao aeroporto, estação de shincansen e pontos turísticos mais distantes) e, para quem gosta de andar, dá para fazer tudo a pé tranquilamente (Dotombori e Shinsecai).
Quarto com bom espaço, limpo e oferecem boas amenidades.
Tem microondas disponível no sexto andar e tem maquinas de lavar e secar de moedas no sétimo andar (a maquina já tem sabão incluído).
Mas a melhor parte da hospedagem foi atendimento. Funcionários muito...

'We loved this hotel, by far the best we’ve stayed at along our Asia trip. Beautiful, high-tech rooms with all the amenities (my room came with a Dyson air wrap as a fun little perk!), walkable to everything, with the subway in the basement of the hotel plus across from the station where the airport rapid train lets out. Wonderful service, would stay again!'

'子供2人と私でセミダブルひとつの部屋を予約していました。少し狭いけど安いし我慢だわと思っていたのですが、ソファーがベッドになる仕様になっていて、 掛け布団とシーツもワンセット準備してくださっていました。
これは本当に嬉しかったし助かりました。
おかげで広々眠ることができました。
子連れだとJRなんば駅から10分くらい歩きますが、清潔感もあるし、冷蔵庫も冷凍庫付きの2ドアのものがあるし、ポットやガウンもあります。
個人的には靴を脱いであがるアパートスタイルなのが良かったです。
清潔感も申し分ないしコスパ的には最高です。
また予約したいと思います。'

'Op zich een fijn hotel qua locatie en personeel. De kamer was ruim. Fijn dat er een wasserette in het gebouw zat. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt was. De locatie an sich was fijn, omdat je dichtbij station Namba bent. Alleen was het elke keer een zoektocht vanuit dat station/winkelcentrum om het hotel te vinden. Dat vond ik erg frustrerend, zeker na een lange dag. '

'Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.

'I like this accomadation because off the good quality/price .
Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!!
On arival no water in the room.
You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! No a big deal but if I may complain 😜
3 minutes from Subway and bustop nearby.

"Dit hotel kent een chique uitstraling. De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant, zeker wanneer je met twee personen reist maar als solo reiziger is het prima te doen.
Het bed is een mooi groot bed en met mijn 1.93 zeker in de lengte niet te klein. Het matras was lekker hard. Iets wat ik wel kan waarderen.
De kamer was voorzien van een TV met een beperkt aantal Japanse zenders maar je kon ook gebruik van YouTube of inloggen op een van de vele streaming aanbieders zoals Netflix.
De badkamer was klein maar voorzien van een toilet/bidet met verwarmde bril. Ik ga dit wel missen in de winter in Nederland. De douche is heerlijk. De sterkte van de straal kan ingesteld worden maar over het algemeen wat aan de harde kant. Dit kan verminderd worden door minder druk op de kraan te zetten.
Zeker een aanbeveling voor mensen die Osaka willen verkennen. Het is centraal gelegen nabij Osaka Namba station van waaruit diverse trein en metrolijnen vertrekken. "
