Mooie ligging, slecht appartement. Mooi uitzicht, geen WiFi, slecht bed, slechte verlichting (niet mogelijk in bed iets te lezen). Zou handig zijn een schone afwaskwast en een paar vuilniszakken neer te leggen. En iets van een welkom, een kaart van Nice?

Perfekt läge
I en storstad förkommer diverse ljud. Bor man vid Nice Promenade des Anglais, får man räkna med ljud. Nu är trafiken inte värst, utan personer som är mer eller mindre glada på väg hemåt i natten. Men lägenhetens perfekta läge förlåter även ev oljud. Takterrassen är en oas, men var medveten om att man delar den med ett gäng måsar, som också gillar att bada i poolen. Även detta förlåter läget och utsikten. M.a.o, det är så bra det bra kan bli. vi kommer med största säkerhet att återvända. JP Stockholm

Emplacement top, mais il n'y a que cela, tout est a refaire et a changer dans cet appartement, literie qui a 50 ans, clim sans age et grille noir de poussière, intérieure plus que daté, les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout isolées. Lors de la réceptions des clés au bistro régents on c'est fais presque insulter et j'ai du y retourner 3 fois. Un gros travail du propriétaire à faire Heureusement que Nice est une belle ville, mais nous avons été très déçue

Main mattress new this year. All duvet and pillow covers new last year. Windows new in 2014. This Guest, like all others, was asked to arrive no earlier than 14:00, but arrived at 12:13. My previous Guest departed at 11:00. Time is needed to turn the apartment around between Guests.

Compact apartment in great location.
Right on the Promenade des Anglais ,perfect for beach, bars and restaurants or simply walking . Secure building access with concierge on duty during the daytime. Rooftop pools and sun terraces but you must take own chairs/ loungers. Communal areas kept very clean & tidy if a bit dated - as is the whole building, possibly in need of facelift. Overall a good base for exploring the city.

This is my third visit to this property and it’s a wonderful place. You couldn’t ask for a better location or view. The host is great, and responds quickly to any questions. There is easy access to the beach and to public transportation. Five stars all around!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade einfach super. Zu Fuß ist die Altstadt von Nizza in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Leider durch die Straße und Bushaltestelle vor der Ferienwohnung sehr laut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen, aber nicht für 2 oder 3 Wochen.

Fantastic small apartment with a view
Fantastic apartment with the most beautiful views of the promenade and the Mediterranean, only two blocks from the old town. It's small, but there's everything you need, e.g. for 2 adults and 2 children. There's a nice shower and pool on the roof. The only thing to be aware of is the only 175 cm long bunk beds and the traffic on the promenade.

Blick auf’s Meer und die Strandpromenade, eine ideale Lage, um Nizza zu entdecken und zu genießen. Man muss wissen, dass die Strandpromenade zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit laut ist. Leider war es im April noch zu kalt, um sich im Schwimmbad abzukühlen. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen, durch die Strassen der Altstadt oder um den Place Massena herum schlendern. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Le studio, l’immeuble et l’emplacement parfaits, mais trop bruyant, on est sur la promenade c’est normal et c’est un premier étage, vue superbe du balcon. Il temps de d’investir dans des linge de lit neufs, les draps et taies d’oreillers propres mais semblent bien usés. À l’arrivée, pas de liquide vaisselle, sel ou poivre, rien! 1/3 de rouleau de papier toilette, j’ai expérimenté beaucoup de location et on y trouve toujours les bases pour la cuisine, et la salle de bain. Un petit effort et ce serait parfait! 🙂

Il n’était pas possible de récupérer les clefs au lieu de rendez vous le jour même. Du coup une amie du propriétaire (très sympa) m’a appelé pour me dire qu’il fallait que je me débrouille pour rentrer dans l’immeuble puis dans l’appartement pour avoir les clefs. En entrant dans la résidence je me fais éconduire par la gardienne qui se méfie de moi et de ma famille. Obligé de faire un scandale et d’entrer de force. Pas de wifi à l’intérieur, Chambre 2 personnes ??? C’est une blague ? Équipement simpliste. très très bruyant. Je suis déçue.

This little studio is in the perfect location - close to restaurants and shops and across the street from the Promenade and the beach. The owner responded immediately to a few questions that I had. The sofa bed was comfortable and the kitchen was clean and very user friendly. Although internet is not included, I purchased the SFR monthly hotspot pass and was very satisfied. I would happily stay here again. Merci!

Location, location, location
Location is fabulous especially if you want to hit the beaches. We were a little disappointed with the bedroom (which is not pictured in the listing). There is a small bunk bed which was extremely uncomfortable even for my children. There is no free WiFi, no cable TV, and the washer was dated (i..e. needed to learn a trick to get it to work). Overall, not what we were expecting. But I guess you get what you pay for.

In 12 years of rentals I have never received another complaint about bed comfort. The apartment is in France. The television has dozens of French TV channels. Providing satellite television to suit each nationality of guest is unrealistic. A washing machine is an added convenience and this one is perfectly operational. It's around 10 years old. The washing machine cycle is to be selected first before the start button is pressed, which is normal. Regardless, I will provide instructions for future guests.

Fantastic location, superb roof top pools and the owner a pleasure to work with.
Third time staying in this apartment with my wife and children aged 12 and 10. Beach is literally across the road, the old town, the city and the main train station just a short stroll away. Pool area on the roof has spectacular views, a very shallow pool for kids and a deep pool for adults. Everything ran like clockwork again, a real credit to the owner. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent location. Disappointed with pool area as no sunbeds or shade. Clubhouse wasn't open, but maybe it is too early in the year? In the apartment, only minus point was that the hairdryer in the bathroom had a very short lead, therefore making it very difficult to style my hair. Das Apartment ist für einen Kurzurlaub genau richtig. Die Größe war für uns 2 ausreichend, das Bett / Sofa im Wohnzimmer war überraschend gemütlich. Die Wohnung war etwas lauter, da direkt an der Promenade de Anglais gelegen, aber das weiß man auch bevor man bucht - wir hätten auch die Jalousie runterlassen können, wollten aber auf das Flair von weihnachtlich geschmückten Palmen nicht verzichten! :) Dafür hat man einen tollen Ausblick, sei es vom Balkon der Wohnung oder von der Dachterrasse. Es ist einfach gigantisch. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbummel, da es bis zum Zentrum nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind. Bushaltestellen sind fast vor der Haustür. Bei Fahrten nach Monaco oder Cannes mit dem Bus für nur 1,50 Euro pro Person, lohnt es sich auch nicht ein Auto zu mieten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung hätte etwas besser sein können (daher ein Stern Abzug). Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und auch der Schlüsselversand hat (trotz anfänglicher Bedenken meinerseits) reibungslos geklappt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub im Herzen Nizzas, vielen Dank Kevin!

Alles Organisatorische hat wunderbar geklappt (Schlüssel, Parken, Poolbenutzung). Die Beschreibungen stimmen zwar mit der Realität überein, aber die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, die Küche hat nicht zum Kochen eingeladen (wir hatten nicht mal Lust zu fühstücken, da die Kaffeemaschine dreckig und verkalkt war) und das Geschirr war größtenteils nicht sauber. Wir haben die Wohnung nur als Schlafstätte genutzt; die Bettwäsche war sauber. Hingegen war der Pool auf dem Dach einmalig und für unsere Kinder eines der Highlights.

Great apartment in superb location
This was our second year in a row staying at this apartment and yet again we had a wonderful time. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of nice with a great view of the sea and promenade des anglais. The roof top pool has even better views, and brilliant for an afternoon swim to keep the children happy! The booking and key collections was faultless. We can't wait to come back to stay again!

Fantastic location. Everything else marginal.
Pros: Excellent shore access, great location for partying and eating 24/7, fun going on all night (loud though), pretty good slider door to close out noise, bathroom has good vanity mirror light and good water pressure. Cons: , no Wi-Fi, no guidance for TV use and limited channel access, had to buy our own toilet paper, bunk bed mattresses were shabby and in a super tiny "bedroom", there was no anywhere garbage can or trash bag in the apartment. Ad that says escalator works by standing on the rubber mat. It absolutely does not and finding the lift is tricky. But you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The apartment owner was accessible via texting and mostly accommodating.

No exclusive wifi, but pay as you go wifi available via SFR network. TV turns on and off via red standby button on remote control, like any other. Channel selector on remote control. TV shows Freeview channels, which, being in France, are mostly in French. There are around twenty channels to choose from and a DVD player. Missing toilet paper was an oversight on this occasion and will be addressed for next season via a procedural change. Floor plan on website. The bedroom houses bunkbeds for children. Mattresses measure 67" x 30". Waste bin will be addressed for next season. Communal waste bin in a storeroom nearby. Escalator maintenance occurred during this Guest's stay, thus the rubber mats were inoperative. On review of our message exchange, there's no case of me being unaccommodating; this Guest was refunded for her inconvenience.

Location superb.
The location is excellent and the roof top swimming pool was a great place to relax. We had a few noisy nights due to road and footpath works immediately outside the building. The apartment is on the lower floor so noise could be heard louder. But as we was just unlucky with the road works we think normally noise in the night will not be an issue, The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Our only negative comment would be for a change of bed linen and towels to be provide mid way through the week. Also better quality pillows for the bed. We found the bed settee very comfortable considering we have not slept on one for longer than one night in the past. We will definately recommend the apartment we used to others .
