Great location close to the beach. The house was immaculate and comfortable. It was perfect for what I needed while there. The only advice I have is to give more detail about the size of the garage. I had read in a previous review that it was tight, so I rented a compact vehicle. I only had about a foot on either side of my car making it hard to get in and out of it.

Great location

we had a wonderful stay in this 1 bedroom beach home. Communication was perfect with owner and there were no issues with the home. Great location to be able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Having a garage to park our car in was a bonus. Highly recommend this home if staying in Newport.

Urine smell

Upon arriving and opening the door, I could smell the strong scent of animal urine. In fact, I'm pretty sure a dog or cat urinated on the couch facing the front of the house. The area rug is filthy and the bedroom carpet needs to be replaced, spots all over, I'm guessing animal urine. I am sanitizing everything I brought with me for my stay, including my dogs items. The unit is in need of paint and updating. The kitchen and bathroom were fine and stocked with needed items. Would not stay there again.

Charming House

This is the third year we rented this 1st floor house. We love the place so much! The house is clean, comfortable and the furnishings are perfect. The location is great as everything is close by for either walking or biking. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The host responds quickly to our bookings and is so nice! Hoping to be back again next year as this is how much we love this location!

Perfect location between beach and bay. Once the car is in the garage, it never leaves. Not sure the two of us would stay anywhere else in the area. As all beach homes go, its a constant battle with sand and sea, but we've always found it well kept and updated. Loved the new BBQ. We'll be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. This rental was so centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go- the beach, the bay, restaurants, etc that we hardly had to drive anywhere! It was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs! Very clean and great neighborhood!

Everything you need close to the beach!

It was everything we needed, nothing less and nothing more. It was cleaned well, stocked with necessities, close to the beach, and the garage parking was so helpful. Parking anywhere around here is generally terrible and hard to find. The only thing that would’ve been helpful were extra blankets for the pull out bed. 10/10 would stay again!

Great location bathroom needs update

What a beautiful property in a really lovely area. Everything about this stay was great. The only thing I would recommend is an update on the bathroom shower maybe just some new grouting and a bleaching of the grouting on the floor, great place!
