The apartment does have lovely views and is easily assessable. The beds were comfortable and the living area sizable for NYC. The overall apartment could benefit from a good deep clean, due to wear and tear over time. The washing machine was unfortunately not functioning during our stay.

Great place to stay !

Check in was easy and the communication with the property manager was excellent! Beautiful views from every room and the appartment in itself was a great size for a family or two couples. The location is very convenient and made going around the city easier. Overall excellent experience and hope to stay with May again on our next visit !

Fabulous location

Property is clean, spacious for NYC apt., and just blocks from Penn Station. Was disappointed there was not a dresser/drawers/table in the master bedroom, but there was a closet with ample hanging space. Could have used hand towels and washcloths in bathrooms, and there was no soap for bathing/showering.

My overall experience was okay. My guest and I had fun in the city that never sleeps. However, i was expecting a bit more of the host and apartment due to the price point. The shower curtains and walls of the shower were moldy. The bathroom vent was filthy. There was hair left behind in various places. One of the bathrooms smelled of urine. There was debris on some of the cabinet door handles, a build up of debris at the bottom of the oven. Brown stains on towels, the sheets smelled of B.O. The floors were and bathroom mat were dusty. Inside of the britter water dispenser and coffee during was disgusting. It was obviously not washed in a very long time.I messaged the host to let them inform them of my concerns and there was no response; zero accountability I guess since they already received their money, they could care less. I was hoping for some accountability and since I was met with silence, I needed to let others know what are the possibilities if they were to book this apartment.

Fantastic

A stunning view and a great apartment. Comfortable beds, delightful sitting/visiting room, clean and well-supplied kitchen. Loved the convenience of two full baths. The location is perfect for visiting any place you want to go in Manhattan. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as subway and bus lines. Would return in a heartbeat.

Location as great as the view

May’s home was perfect for our short visit to attend an event at the Javits Center. The two bedroom, two bathroom split plan was perfect for two couples traveling together and the views from this apartment are incredible. Location was close to many great restaurants and the surrounding area felt walkable and safe. Check in and out were very easy and uncomplicated.

Amazing

Amazing property. Beautiful view, clean and two bedroom two bath made it great for us. And the property is located right next to so many shops and restaurants. Will definitely rebook this every time I am in NYC. Highly recommend this spot!

The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. It had 2 nice sized bedrooms and a large living room. From every corner of the apartment you had an amazing view. The check in process and communication during stay was easy. Will love to stay here again in our next visit.

This is better than the photos!

Wonderful stay. The views from this place made us feel like billionaires for the week! There is no better way for non-billionaires to experience living in midtown NYC if only for a few days. The apartment is very spacious. The building is really nice and so easy to get around.

What a view!

My cousin and I took my parents (76 and 92 yrs, to see NYC for one for his bucket list destinations. The view was spectacular and the location was awesome! The apt is spacious and has all amenities! We would stay again, and highly recommend.

Million Dollar View Apartment

We were in town for a meeting at the Grace building. The location of this apartment was perfect, 15 miinute walk to our meeting and 5 minute walk to Pen Station to easily go back to Newark Airport. Mei was a fantastic host! She was very responsive, flexible and extremely nice to deal with throughout our entire 3 day stay. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable for 2 adults, 2 couples or a family of 4. The view is spectacular from both bedrooms and sitting area in the center! I would highly recommend Mei's apartment! We hope to be back! :-)
