Bel hôtel et bon rapport qualité prix
Très bel hôtel avec des équipes efficaces et sympathiques. Repas variés et très bons Belle piscine et plage privée avec suffisamment de transats. Les matelas de la piscine pourraient être renouvelés en plus épais. Bord de mer animé le soir. Attention aux traductions en français de certains écrits qui ne sont pas exactes. ex attention surface surélevée au lieu de surface humide ou glissante.

Club de vacance avec personnel désagréable
L'hôtel est de bonne qualité mais le service est déplorable: 1 étoile pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Personnel très désagréable, chaise longue de la piscine à retenir avec sa serviette de très bonne heure pour en avoir une. Plus de serviette de l'hôtel disponible dès les premières heures. C'est plus un club de vacance ordinaire qu'un hôtel 5 étoiles pour un tarif 5 étoiles.

Excellent Resort and location
Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout.

Hotel is run down
The hotel is very run down. Staff was nice but this hotel is a 2 star on every level. Pool was not heated so nobody would swim. The halls have no ac so boiling. Sunny beach is a fun place but it is a dump. The food is gross except for the fish restaurant that is not part of the deal. That place is great. Buffett is sub par. Anyone who says the food is good is nuts.

Schönes Haus, schöner Schein. Hier handelt es sich nicht nur um ein Hotel. Wer sich nicht an zu großen Autos mit zu kräftigen Männern nicht stört ist hier gut und sicher aufgehoben.

Memorable holiday
The experience was absolutely awesome. The hotel gives you a feeling of being royal and the ambience is regal. The reception is excellent and check in very quick. The amenities are good and the room was spacious and with an envious view of the sea and the hotel pool. The view was even more lovely at night. The food on offer was mouth watering and the spread was more than one can ever imagine. A truly great stay.

Hübsches Hotel mit zT. Wenig motiviertem Personal
Die Anlage besteht aus 2 Hotels mit eigenem Strandabschnitt. Wobei sich die Hotels stark unterscheiden. Das Essen und das Restaurant ist bei HP Spitze! Viele All In Touristen die ihren Unrat am Strand und Kippen am Strand „Vergessen“. Leider wird der Strand nur unreichend gereinigt. Das Royal Palace Hotel ist eigentlich ein Tolles Hotel, nur muss man die billig Touristen mit Alkoholkonsum und lärmenden Strandbuden an der angrenzenden Promenade ausblenden können.

Very nice hotel and just over from the beach.
Amazing stay. Hotel just over a walkway to the beach. The quiet end of the strip and totally recommended. Foiod was sumptuous. The rooms are huge as is the monster bed which is very comfortable.

Impressive, good looking hotel. It is pretty far from all attractions though, historical sites, city center. The beach is just a few steps away. If you do not spend all your time on the beach you would rather rent a car. Spa services are overpriced, there are more affordable services in the hotels nearby. The food is pretty good, however fresh seafood was not available on the menu during my stay. Overall I believe a good value, however, I stayed there when the summer season has not started yet, so may be a different impression in the summer.

Our favorite seaside resort
One of the best resorts in the world. The hotel manager makes sure everything is in perfect order. The spa is outstanding.

Great location, wonderful sea views, nice garden!
Luxury hotel with great location, nice, spacious and very clean room, with balcony and wonderful sea view. Nice pool and amaizing garden, with lots of different types of trees and flowers in interesting arangements. Clean everywhere at the pool and garden, but to much Chlorine in the water at the pool and bathroom. Great gym room, very well equiped. Restaurant with great food and drinks offer. Personel very friendly.

Wonderful hotel
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived we were upgraded to a VIP villa with 3 bedrooms a kitchen and a living area with a private pool and a hot tub!

The only negative comment(s) about the hotel is that:- (1) The parking was not Free as advertised in your description. I had to pay 35 Lev for the 3 days I was there (this equates to around £13). (2) Insufficient amount of Tea (1 bag only) and Coffee (2 sachets only) and in addition there were no milk or creamers in the room facilities.

Wonder stay at helena sands, sunny beach
Hidden gem. Small but perfect hotel. Staff could not do enough for the guests. Maria and staff at dining room very helpful. Reception staff were excellent too. Very very clean hotel, rooms and common areas.exceptional spa service. Nice but a tad pricey boutique shops. Food tasty and wide choice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Dåligt hotel för 5 tjärnar . Rummet var inte fräsh med massor myggor. Luftkonditionering var super gammat på rummet och lät oerhört mycket. Fick bära mina väskor själv. Meddelade hotellet i förväg att jag önskar "late check out" men fick flytta till annat rum ändå. Maten var ok men inte så mycket att välja på, dessutom betalar man extra för drycken och varje vatten kostar ca 25 kr.
