Villa Ellisa, 4/10 Columbia Close - beautiful unit with beautiful water views at Little Beach

There is also a fantastic playground for children, picnic tables and BBQ facility across the road, great takeaway fish & chip shop and a fabulous restaurant and bar at Little Beach Boathouse where you can take in the stunning picturesque sunsets.   Wests Diggers Club is only a quick seven-minute walk away which is a child friendly club and has a great outdoor area to wine and dine or sit back and watch your favourite sports live.

The unit is on the 1st floor and has glorious water views from the balcony, open plan living area with Air conditioning, WiFi and Smart TV which has Netflix (own account needed), fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the three-way bathroom has a bath and a shower, separate toilet and separate vanity area. 
 
All you have to do is park the car in the undercover carport and walk to everything, you literally have everything at your fingertips when you stay at Villa Ellisa.

Parking: Single undercover car space + 1 off street car space. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
