'We booked this beautiful home for the Fourth of July long weekend. The check-in was simple. The house is newly remodeled, right out of HGTV! Everything was brand new. The furniture was comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances that cover every cooking and baking need. The first floor layout is perfect for open concept entertaining and enjoying everyone together. You only need to bring your clothes because they offer beach supplies and towels. Having a...

'Lovely house great location, comfortable & clean & as advertised. Few challenges - electronic key pad did not work, took numerous tries to gain access, finally we contacted Vacasa who eventually gave us a lockbox code. The outside patio table was filthy, so we cleaned it. '

'House was great - super clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and well stocked. 4 adults were here for a weekend and the good weather allowed us to enjoy the deck. Appreciated the AC if needed. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again! '

'This was a great property. It had everything we needed, and was exactly as presented on the site. It's literally a couple of minutes away from the sea, and close to all amenities. Scott was very helpful with our enquiries, and there's a well presented and very thorough booklet inside with everything you could need to know. And personally, I found the presence of STACKS of clean towels a huge bonus! We would 100% come back to this cottage.'

'Our Cape Cod Getaway was truly a perfect family retreat at Nauset Beach!!We had an amazing stay at this Cape Cod rental! The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable.. perfect for our family. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and the short drive to Nauset Beach made beach days easy. Our kids loved the basement game room—it kept them entertained for hours. 'We had a great week at Caroline’s. Can’t ask for a better location as it’s conveniently located to the best beaches in Dennis! House was very spacious for the group we had (4 adults, 5 children) and was equipped with everything we needed. Caroline even brought us brand new martini glasses during our stay. 'Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. '

'A lovely cottage in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our family of four plus the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It came with a lot of thoughtful touches and small “starter kits” that made our stay a little more enjoyable and smooth. The kayaks were a hit as was the boardwalk along the pond a block down. It was the perfect location of quiet with easy access to stores, entertainment, and route 28 and 6 to access the entire Cape. '

"Viel wat tegen. De foto's zijn een stuk mooier dan in werkelijkheid. Kleine kamer, tapijt wat smoezelig. Niet goed werkende airco, terwijl het nog geen 25 graden buiten was overdag, maar binnen 30 plus. Klein bed, ook voor een queen. "
