'This hotel has four stars, but in my opinion it would certainly deserve a fifth one. It's right in the historic centre, but located between a lovely quiet square and a narrow ancient street, which makes it a very quiet environment - an island of silence right in the middle of a very loud and busy city. Very friendly staff, cool classic and relatively spacious rooms, and of course the lounge (which looks like a medieval cloister) with a live pianist is breathtaking. On second thought - the hotel...

Davide, the manager, Aleyshq, Francesca, Giuliana and the rest of the staff are so accommodating, thoughtful, professional and friendly. Truly gifts, all of them! Great breakfast as well! 'Ottima posizione, due minuti a piedi sei al Teatro Massimo (salotto della città). Camere molto pulite, accoglienti, pur essendo sulla strada principale sono silenziose. Prima colazione eccezionale, persino cannoli da riempire al momento. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Veramente consigliabile. '

'Hotel zit midden in het uitgaansgebied. Op loopafstand van nog meer leuke en gezellige steegjes. Wat voor ons minder prettig was, was dat we in de kamers geen direct licht hadden. Het raam keek uit op de “koker” van de installaties van het hotel. Was erg deprimerend. Ook liep het water vanuit de douche onder de douchewand door, waardoor de badkamervloer met water stond. Er is wel een dakterras met mooi uitzicht op de stad/zee. Ontbijt was prima! '
