Nous avons passez un sejour plus qu'agreable dans un environnement magnifique. La propriétaire estctres sympathique et tres reactive. Elle etait toujours disponible pour nous aider. La maison les pieds dans l'eau c'est le bonheur

Overall very great

Mike is very present and answers fast. There was a problem, the ceiling in the dining room was leaking a lot right on the table. He tried to send people a lot to fix the problem, but it never worked. Still I understand it is not his fault. Also, the dishwasher is not working at all. But, for the rest, it was perfect. House is spacious. Bedrooms are sooo comfortable. The beach is beautiful and perfect for little children. Calm neighbor. Really enjoyed our stay. I recommand but only if the problems were fixed ! Thanks a lot Mike !

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at Meredith’s! Her home is lovely and the location - on a beautiful sandy beach in a private gated community - was perfect for the quiet and relaxed family getaway we were hoping for. Her home had everything a family needs and she gave great recommendations for restaurants and excursions which made our trip effortless. We highly recommend this accommodation!

A relaxing stay in the beach.

My family (including husband and two teenagers) had a relaxing week on the beach, swimming in the ocean in our backyard every day. Meredith’s recommendations for scheduling airport transport, grocery delivery, and boat excursion were spot on. Highly recommmend.

If everyone knew how great this VRBO was then it wouldn't be available for our return trip to the isle because it would be perpetually booked and I wouldn't want that ;). Seriously though, stay here, Casa de Mer is fantastic!

10 out of 10 - exceeds expectations - even better than photos.

We were a family of five ages 22-90 seeking a four day get-away/respite from New England snow and found Paradise. This is not the resorty-casino-waterpark part of the island. The villa is beautiful and the location devine. Meredith the owner and Collete, who drove us to and from the airport, helped make our stay amazing. Fellow renters, please take care of this place, it's a gem. We will definitely be back.

Magical place

Everything from the beginning was super. Meredith was amazing. She sent us a very detail information about the property, how to get there and recommendations to places to eat and visit. She also offered her help for booking a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We didn’t rent a car so we call the same driver Colette to take us to different places. She is great. Meridith also arranged to have food delivered to the house before we got there as we were arriving very late. Impressive customer service. The house was comfortable and the beach in front of the property was beautiful and the ocean was lots of fun for the kids. We had a memorable stay that will not be forgotten.

Wonderful Stay in Palm Cay

We are a family of 5 which included a 20 month old. It was a phenomenal vacation! We did a site inspection a couple of months earlier so we already knew a lot. The week was amazing. First and foremost, the owner is one of the most responsive people I've ever worked with in any of my previous business or personal dealings. She bends over backwards to be accommodating. Walk out the back patio to a deck, sand and the water, which is crystal clear, shallow, and while we were there, nearly calm, so even the 20 month old could walk in the water with proper protection, and we weren't concerned about rip tides, etc. The beach is beautiful; we did utilize the Club which is a nice enhancement, although is an extra price. And the unit itself has every amenity you need. We absolutely would go back again.

The perfect beachfront getaway!

The pictures and other reviews don't highlight how special this place is. Views from the main floor and master show palm trees, a deck with the most beautiful sandy beach at the end of a private space with sborkeling and slow grade descent. The home is beautifully appointed and well stocked. The ability to use the fitness rooms, bar and restaurant all reasonably priced, gave us many options as a family of 5 hungry people. Definitely recommend calling in advance to understand pricing options since it sounds like it changes and we did not go at a peak travel time. You really don't need the membership the whole time if you are more prepared than we were. Meredith is a great host, quick to respond and empathetic to ebsuring the guests are enjoying themselves. She made the difference and we felt like we were at a home away from home.

Amazing Family Vacation!

Casa de Mer was the best fit for our family! My husband and I traveled to Nassau with 3 children (ages 6, 5, and 2). The home was wonderful and had all the amenities needed for our vacation! We hired Cheryl's taxi and they brought us to Palm Cay from the airport, stopping at a grocery store on the way. There are many grocery stores on the island--Solomon's is the closest and very new--but it would be a long walk. We rented a car directly at the Welcome Center of Palm Cay and utilized that to get around the island. This unit is DIRECTLY on the beach and situated at the far end of the condos. We basically had our own private beach for the week. Each morning, we collected sea shells in our pajamas and my kids played in the sand while I made breakfast. Like I said, directly on the beach! The area is extremely safe and the house was spacious and organized. Thank you for the laundry baskets! It makes life a lot easier with the kids! I ran a load of laundry each day, and the house was stocked with detergent. The robot vacuum, that my children have named "Marty", made its rounds a few times a day, which helped keep the floor free from sand. I would absolutely recommend Casa de Mer, and we plan on returning as well! Meredith was fabulous with communication and providing information before we arrived. I can't say enough great things about this place!

Awesome

Condo was perfect!! We loved that you just walked out the back door and you’re on the beach where we spent most of the week. Condo had everything we needed and Meredith was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hired Chris as our Taxi Driver and highly recommend him and we also hired a private chef, Chef Everton, who was excellent. It was a perfect week and I highly recommend Casa de Mer!!

Best vacation ever

From start to finish, this vacation was amazing. Meredith was incredibly responsive from the beginning of the booking process all the way til the end of the trip. She even went above and beyond to help with recommendations for taxis, boat charters, and restaurants. The home was clean, perfect location, and exactly as pictured. I hope to return again, as my family and I enjoyed everything about the house as well as Palm Cay. I have even sent the link to others as it was so amazing. Book this property, you will not regret it.

This property can't be beat. If you want a relaxing beach vacation this is for you. The location is perfect and quiet. The beach and waves are just steps out your backdoor. The property manager gave a ton of great information and recommendations. I would love to stay here again!

Relaxation in Paradis

We spent a week at Casa De Mer and had a fabulous time. The location of the unit is perfect. It's at the far end of the beach, which lends itself to quiet relaxation. The house comes fully equipped with everything you might need - even sunscreen! The deck off the back has ample lounge chairs and plenty of seating for dining al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is great. A new grocery and ABC store is a short drive down the street. While the food was delicious at the resort restaurant (the Pink Octopus), the service was very, very slow. We brought our pickleball rackets. The courts have nighttime lights which was fun. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Mer with 4 adults and 1 infant. Meredith was easy to communicate with and the check in process was easy. High chair and pack and play were provided which was very nice. The house was well appointed and the beach right out back was wonderful. The bbq needs some TLC. We would stay again!

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Meredith was always very easy to get ahold of, the property was right on a beautiful beach, and the condo was perfect for our family of five. Meredith advised drivers and a crew for a private boat and both were great as well. Highly recommend!

Just Perfect!

We stayed at Casa de Mer over New Years. The Villa was extremely clean and well equipped. The view is even better than the photos and sunsets are just breathtaking. Meredith was an incredible host. We had an issue with the refrigerator cooling and she had the whole unit replaced while we were there. She was great with recommendations for food and boat charters. I can't say enough about the whole experience. A couple notes- the twin beds are a standard twin.. we had our 6'4 son using that room and he was hanging off the end! The beds were very comfortable though and he slept well none the less. We purchased the beach club access 3 days of our trip-- it is very expensive (6 adults) especially if you want to use the gym. The access to the beach bar is nice but also very expensive. In my opinion it's not worth the money. The beach outside the villa is quiet and beautiful. We drug the chairs out by the water most days, used a wireless speaker and made our own drinks! We hired a personal chef for New Years Eve and dined al Fresco on Seafood chowder and grilled Lobster tail then finished the night watching the fireworks at the beach club. We rented jet Ski's on the beach and chartered a captain for a day on the water. It was the perfect family vacation. Thank you so much for the memories! We hope to go back soon. Cheers!

Amazing Beach

The beach is literally your back yard. Great access, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Meredith was a very good and super responsive host. Excellent Wi-Fi. Grocery store nearby. Friendly people everywhere. Whole family love it.

WHAT A VIEW!!

Casa De Mer is a little slice of paradise! The view is unbelievably beautiful! As soon as we stepped in the front door the view hits you and it is PERFECTION! The home is beautifully decorated and clean. You are literally steps to the sand and water. It has a beautiful large deck with plenty of seating and chaise lounges. The comfy house was well stocked and had plenty of beach towels for outside. We ate at the Pink Octopus twice which was within walking distance of Casa De Mer and it was a lovely place, also with beautiful views and good food. We rented a car ( be prepared to drive on the opposite side of the road ) so we were able to travel to different areas and restaurants as there are not many close by to Palm Cay. We would not hesitate to stay there again .
