A quiet, beautiful space to relax and unwind in after a great day on the town. The cozy 660 sq. ft. condo is appointed with all the essentials needed for romantic get-a-way weekends & business trips. It's perfect for couples, business executives, travel nurses, med-school residents, and for out-of-town hospital visitors.
Highlights of the Space:

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with new high-end Smart stainless appliances. We also provide pots & pans, dishes & silverware, smoothie blender, toaster, coffeemaker, organic coffee + creamer & sugar (and stevia). There's an island that comfortably seats 1-3 people as well as a cozy kitchen/entrance banquette breakfast nook to enjoy a cup of coffee or catch up on reading.

SLEEPING
There are two queen beds (1 in the bedroom and 1 queen sofabed w/mattress topper in the living room). By special request, we can also provide a modern Frontgate queen air essential EZ Bed with a lofty 8.5" mattress & mattress topper (inflates in less than 3 minutes!) with legs for an additional $45. Each bed features crisp & comfortable spa-quality Egyptian cotton linens & blankets plus extra pillows. The bedroom and living room both have room-darkening, noise-canceling, thermal drapes.

WALK-IN CLOSET
Large walk-in closet in the bedroom with plenty of hangers, cubbies, two luggage valets and hotel-quality security safe. You'll also find two yoga mats, two spa robes & slippers, and an aromatherapy diffuser + essential oils just in case you want to take time out to relax and decompress upon arrival or before your departure.

BATH
The bathroom has a full shower/bathtub combo with rain shower style head, full sink with vanity, hairdryer, an additional cabinet for storage, black towels specific for makeup removal, Turkish towels & a starter set of organic toiletries for each guest.
There's also a "forget-me-not" supply of toiletries and essentials just in case there's something you forget to pack. We have literally thought of everything for you!

MOBILE DEVICES/ELECTRONICS
- TVs: WiFi and high-speed internet (150 mbps) are included plus 2 Smart TV's to catch up on news or your favorite shows + basic cable for watching local channels.
- USB PORTS: Two options are available; one is located inside the small side table next to the sofa AND two ports are located on each side of the queen bed in the bedroom to charge your devices.
- ALEXA is available in the living room for use as a personal concierge, for music. (Please do not remove from the side table to avoid incurring fees)

LAUNDRY
The laundry closet is equipped with a new full-size Electrolux washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, and organic unscented laundry supplies.

BALCONY
Our private balcony is accessible from the living room via a sliding glass door & comfortably seats 2-3 adults boasts amazing evening views of the downtown city lights. No grilling is allowed per our HOA. No smoking allowed inside or outside the condo.

PARKING
Free parking for one (1) car is included onsite in the designated lot for the condo building for the duration of your reservation.
