## Logement
Built 20 years ago by an architect and furnished with care, the house is fully equipped and laid out over 2 levels:
On the first floor, you'll find:
- A fireplace and a vast living room opening onto a 20 m² patio surrounded by greenery, which doubles as a terrace offering a very pleasant setting for summer meals.
- 2 tables in a living area of over 101 m2, each able to seat 6 people
- A large, completely renovated kitchen.

First floor: :
- A 40 m² master suite with bathroom and dressing room.
- Three further bedrooms with 3 double beds, two bathrooms and two toilets.

You'll have all the equipment you need for an excellent stay, such as wifi, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided.

One of the strong points of this house is its location:
- All shops, including the Talensac market, are within walking distance.
- Nearby is the Parc de Procé, ideal for walks.
- The city center can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.

For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour Express" supermarket just a 9-minute walk away.
Our favorite restaurants include Tartines et Bouchons, Canopé, La Cigale and Roza, to name but a few.
