Le Sandbar Life est une maison de plage moderne de deuxiÚme rangée meublée et décorée pour vous offrir des vacances amusantes et relaxantes. Il y a des meubles de terrasse en composite pour profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil et regarder les vagues déferler sur la plage. Cette maison de plage de 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, 3 niveaux située à Dolphin Run dans le village de Nags Head qui comprend l'accÚs au Village Beach Club, au Private Community Club House avec restaurant et à la piscine olympique en bord de mer, aux courts de tennis, au parking privé sur la plage et accÚs en saison. Le niveau principal est ouvert avec vue sur l'océan avec foyer au gaz dans la salle familiale et une trÚs grande table de salle à manger pour 10 personnes. Le Sandbar possÚde son propre bain à remous privé et accepte les animaux domestiques. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas et vous divertir. Le deuxiÚme étage a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Chambre principale au premier étage avec salle de bains. Un tapis roulant est à votre disposition. Le Sandbar offre une vue sur l'océan depuis les ponts arriÚre et n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Parking couvert et allée privée pour les véhicules. Le Sandbar est situé dans une impasse et a un but de basket-ball privé. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter ou vous détendre est à proximité, commerces, restaurants, attractions. Literie: 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, 2 lits jumeaux et 1 lit superposé pyramide avec lit gigogne. SiÚges de bain à remous 6, 6 téléviseurs, 6 lecteurs DVD, stéréo avec lecteur CD, vidéothÚque, Pack-n-play, vélos, douche extérieure, charbon de bois, jouets et chaises de plage, Internet sans fil. Les frais d'administration couvrent les draps, le nettoyage, le bain à remous, les serviettes, etc.

We have stayed at several beach houses in OBX. This is the best. The three floor layout was perfect for our families and the pool access was a hit with the children.

This property was perfect for 3 generations of family and friends. We loved the layout. The location was excellent for us and the beach club pool was a great plus. We arrived before the check-in time and just hung out at the pool until it was time. The house is well-furnished and maintained. Everyone wants to come back next year!

We love Charles and his beautiful home. We have chosen his house the past 4 or 5 years. It works perfect for our family - me, my sister, my daughter and the 7 grandchildren. Everything we need is available and it couldn't be more perfect for us. The house if filled with all necessary and needed items and is in a perfect location. Working with Charles is always easy, professional and yet friendly and kind. we will be back again next year.

This property is described perfectly with all the amenities and location being accurate. Host was fantastic and easy to get a hold of when a question surfaced. We will definitely look to stay here again.

All was well place was clean.only one thing the cleaning staff doesn't check the dryer. We could not get the filter out. There was so much lint in there .we had to take the vacuum and clean down into the bottom of the dryer

We had another awesome stay at The Sandbar Life! It's such a great house and the location is perfect. Charles has the house stocked with everything you need and he is always a quick text away in the event you need to get in touch. Highly recommend!

We were an extended family with 8 adults and 3 children. The Sandbar had bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The top floor bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. Some of the other beds were not as comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit with hurricane Debby hanging around. We loved the location by beach and clubhouse.

We had a great family trip to Nags Head. Convenient location for beach access, grocery stores and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub at the house. Beach access was right across the street and was newly constructed with bathrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was perfect for our family and it had all the amenities we needed. With parking at the beach, access to the beach was simple and easy. In the 40+ years that we have vacationed on the Outer Banks this was one of our best experiences. This will be our top choice for a future vacation. George Tarnowski

Our party, that included adults to an infant, enjoyed our stay. Great location to everything you need or want! We loved the community pool and easy beach access. House comfortable fit us all with plenty of space. Hot tub was clean and loved using it! Only complaints were the house wasn't the cleaniest (i.e. we needed to sweep and wash some dishes), we only had one spare trash bag, and the bunk room mattresses weren't the best. We had issues with the smoke detectors going off due to sensor issues (we think). Charles was responsive to messages with me, however it was not resolved before we left. Overall, we would book again!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at The Sandbar. It had everything you needed and more. It was about a block from the beach and in a really safe area. They even had beach toys and beach chairs, so leave yours at home. The owner was extremely responsive to us prior to and during our stay. We couldn't be happier. The house was clean and included linens on the beds. We loved the proximity to everything. This is a great VRBO. We plan on staying again.

Once again we retuned to true same house we’ve rented the past several years. It’s comfortable, clean, has everything we need. The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and ready. Charles always is just a text away and responds quickly. We love his home and that we can treat it like ours for a week every year. We wouldn’t go any where else. My self. My daughter and her two kids. My sister. My mother and 5 grandchildren I raise. 11 plus the dog and it’s perfect!!!!!

The house was fantastic and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and the grocery store. We liked that it is located in a quieter section of Nag’s Head. Very close to the beach, but during our time there the beach ramp across the street was closed for construction. We had to find a different beach access, but that wasn’t an issue. We liked, as others have said, that the light switches are labeled – that is a nice touch. There are many things to do if you don’t want to do the beach, all very close to the house. We visited Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Museum/Memorial, and the Aquarium in Manteo. All are within a few minutes’ drive. We loved the hot tub, and it was very well maintained. One point to mention: while there are TV’s in every bedroom, they are not all hooked up to cable/roku. We brought our own Chromecast, which solved the problem, but had we not, it could have been an issue since we had a few bad weather days. Overall, we found the house to be very family friendly, clean, and with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We would highly recommend the Sandbar!

The house was fantastic. Location is amazing, beach access a 3 minute walk, close to all of the stores (Food Lion, Food Market, Duck Donuts!). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will look to stay there again for sure!

This property overall was great. The location to the beach access was ideal. The property was really close to a couple grocery stores and several restaurants. The house had everything we needed to prepare our meals for the week. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the house. I went through and vacuumed the house before we settled in and found dust and hair balls behind some furniture but I suppose that’s to be expected with a pet friendly house. One of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned very well. However, with all that being said, we will highly consider this house for our vacation next year.

The house is fantastic. The main living area, master bedroom and bathroom are updated, modern and clean. The beach access within a couple of minutes walk and there are multiple excellent restaurants within a short drive. I'll definitely rent this property again in the future.

Charles’s home has a great layout for large families and also works well for just a couple. The master is on the top floor with the living room, kitchen, half bath and a deck facing the ocean and one facing the sound. No need to climb the steps unless you are leaving the house. We have rented many VRBO homes in many locations and this was the first one where there is a very obvious first aid kit available. That is such a great idea! The light fixtures for the whole house are labeled which is another small touch that goes a long way. As others have mentioned the home is well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the outdoor closet with bikes and beach gear. The extra large laundry room is also a plus. Communication with Charles was terrific. Sadly we had to leave a day early due to Ophelia but the rest of the week was perfect at the beach!

This was the perfect stay for our mix of families with kids ranging in age from 8 months to 15 years old. The location is amazing - public beach access is a short walk away and there was access to a community pool when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and had enough dishes and utensils for everyone. And Charles was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We had a great family vacation here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie's home! The house was wonderful and stocked well with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. They kitchen has it all so its very easy to stay in and cook or grill. Our only complaint about the house was the comfortableness of the beds. The masterbed was fine but the others could definitely be updated. The location is perfect. So close to the beach and The Village Beach Club which we love having access to! Its so nice to be able to spend the day at the beach and then end the afternoon at the pool before heading home. Charlie's house even has beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes...you don't have to bring a thing! Lastly, we were so grateful to bring our dogs with us. Being a pet friendly house, it was completely clean and you would be none the wiser that pets stay there. Overall, I highly recommend The Sandbar Life!!
