The Space:

You step outside to take in the salt air, with sweeping views that carry from the shoreline to the resort grounds and city skyline. From quiet mornings to relaxed evenings, the water remains a constant presence just beyond the balcony.



The space

This entire oceanfront condo sits directly along the shoreline, placing you steps from the beach while keeping daily living comfortable and easy. The layout balances indoor comfort with outdoor connection, with ocean views woven into the living areas. A private entrance, elevator access, and self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals and departures smooth and straightforward.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed positioned toward the ocean and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to its own bathroom, offering privacy and space for everyone to unwind.



Outdoor living

A private patio or balcony extends the living space outdoors, opening to views of the beach, sea, resort grounds, and surrounding skyline. It’s an easy place to sip coffee in the morning, watch clouds drift over the water, or settle in with the sound of the waves after a day outside. Guests also have access to shared resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and direct beachfront access.

The kitchen provides space to prepare meals during your stay, whether you’re planning a simple breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner indoors. Its open connection to the living area keeps the space feeling social and easy to use throughout the day.

Other Things to Note:

This room is strictly non-smoking, and smoking is prohibited both inside the room and on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort, so please adhere to these specified locations.



Keep in mind that this is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room, so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home.



Access to the room is facilitated by a code lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival via the welcome email, saving you from waiting in lengthy check-in lines.



Your stay comes with bed linens, towels, washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach through the lifeguards.



It's important to note that, as this is not part of a hotel, daily maid service is not provided. If you desire daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
