106 Sea Oaks is an oceanfront condo located half a mile north of the Garden City Beach Pier. The 33 unit raised condominium building offers oceanfront pool (45 x 30 at 5 feet deep), a gazebo and a large deck with seating that sits on the beach. The building has an elevator and plenty of parking.

106 Sea Oaks is located on the first floor and offers tremendous views of Garden City’s beautiful beach. Looking south is the Garden City pier and north, off in the distance, is Surfside with nothing but the beach in between.

In the mornings, watch the sunrise, during the day, the tide coming and going, and all the activities that a beach can offer. All this from the comfort of an oceanfront deck, with table and chairs provided for your convenience.

The interior beach decor is as warm and inviting as the beach and ocean view out the patio door. The living room offers views of the ocean, ceramic tile flooring, ample seating space, cable television and opens onto the deck.

The oceanfront master bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet space, dresser, vinyl plank flooring and its own bathroom with a shower. Open the window at night and doze off to the sound of waves rolling up on the beach.

The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with two twin beds on the bottom and full-size bed on top, closet space and a dresser and vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms have cable televisions. Additional sleeping accommodations are available as the sofa folds out into a full-size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances to include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, cups, and silverware are also provided. Beyond the kitchen, a table with chairs is provided for meals.
