« Nice little condo with excellent views. We were given an incorrect entry code and had to contact the property manager who was prompt to respond and was courteous. Parking is very limited. Only one parking pass per condo. We needed two passes since we had family joining us mid week. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the incredible views! »

« The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family. The parking was so easy and plenty of spaces! Access to the beach was quick and easy. Folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this unit! »

« Great place »

« While we enjoyed the condo itself the parking was difficult. If you returned to the condo later in the evening there were no available spots and no where else to park! Elevator didn't work one evening and walking up 4 flights with a medical condition was tough. Frustrating!! Also, we paid for a cleaning service so stripping the bed, washing, drying and putting away dishes, and taking out garbage should have been handled by the cleaning service. First VRBO I ever had to do that for. »

« Great place! Perfect for us! Loved our view of the ocean. The place was clean and decorated so cute! We will definitely be back! Only thing was I wished the AC ran colder! I am always hot! But other than that, it was perfect! Can’t wait to come back! »

« The property was as advertised and more! Excellent location. Clean and well maintained ground beach front unit which was just 25 feet from the beach! Kim our host was very accommodating, attentive to our needs and readily available if needed. She had no problem with early checkin for our date which was a big help for the early arrivers in our group. Well worth staying in this property! »

« Matt's condo is perfect for either 4 guys or 4 couples on a golf trip. It was extremely clean and just as the VRBO description and pictures portrayed. Matt was very accommodating in letting us get into the condo a little early so we could get to our tee time. Our group will stay there whenever we go to Myrtle Beach. »

« One bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the beach: absolutely perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, new kitchen is lovely. It was spotlessly clean. Oceanfront for those who, like me, want to see and hear the surf first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and whenever we're there in between. The location is convenient. I gave it 4 stars because I really prefer a less populated area, but a one bedroom condo or cottage is very difficult to find. »

« the condo and location were phenomenal and everything it advertised. My issue is with the lack of communication from the property management company. They did not respond to messages via VRBO or phone messages before our stay. They responded to two of my VRBO messages once I called VRBO and inquired why I was not getting any responses, but still never returned my call. My friend, who lived in the area, finally went the day before we were to check in to ask about an early check in, they told her...
